Yes population comes over time. No way to speed it up. Cards come with issues, which dictate your nations policies. Ultimately changing the course your government takes.

Good! I have spent some time with my family as next month I am going to leave for University. In late August I am starting my Bachelor degree in the Netherlands.

You are number 7 in a specific category, for say Economy, but you might be number 3 in another and so on. If you want to check your rank in every single category just press on your country’s name and press on the trophy. Than look in the upper left corner for the # and press on it. That will display the rankings in both the region and the world. If you have trouble finding it, just let me know and I can send you the direct link.

Cards are based on players that play the game and it says 1 billion because the user that the card is based on has a population of 1 billion.
