I for one am not amused by this turn of events. The region is improperly capitalized and the founder's name seems like trolling. Well, we still have a fairly ideal scenario at least.
We've got our Region back, and now with an active Founder for meaningful security. I'll take it.
Well, I believe that this sordid tale for was the best. It's not a complete and genuine NationStates playthough until one's region gets raided, so I am happy to have had the experience.

Anyone else had a look at the tweak to NS stats? It looks like it'll kill off my police force, at least. And maybe mean I'll be vaguely interested in issues again instead of just clicking dismiss dismiss dismiss.

From the Refactor Preview it looks like the size of my government and industry are about going to roughly double (whatever that means) and there are some cuts to most sectors of government spending (especially Public Transport and Law and Order which will drop from a combined 5.3% spending to a combined 1.8%) that feed into industrial subsidies and education. Also my income taxes are apparently going to go from 94%....to 0%.
Well RIP my Law and Order, last time I checked almost half of my Nation depends on that. Looks like everything's going to go full retard mode in my Nation with the changes... maybe.
