Yup! Forums work as well, you can find that link on the top of the main Europe page. That is for the regional Forums, but there is a NationStates Forum that has a few rp options. Factbooks and Dispatches also help build lore for your nation, but it's much harder to do rp with other nations, as I believe Eco' was saying. But nevertheless, factbooks and dispatches are amazing roleplaying tools. Abeskaland, the EuroCord, our region's Discord, is located at the top of the page. You are allowed to roleplay there as well.
All of these are good options to roleplay, but do not, and I repeat, DO NOT, roleplay on the rmb.
