It's an interesting flag, to be sure. The ripple effect doesn't do anything favors, though, and the hammer-and-sickle looks like it was MS Painted. Nothing against MS Paint, but I decided to remake the flag (and add in a little something of my own to the design, though I'll also send over a version without it).

I decided to go with the one with the words because anarcho-communists like to put words on their flags for some reason.
Also, the original flag I made was made in paint.NET (poor man's Photoshop) just so you know.

My flag was made in FlagMaker Jr. (the same tool Stroulia uses, and their flags are AMAZING), which is a program specifically intended to make flags. The words were added in Pixlr, which is basically MS Paint if it had more tools but a worse UI.
