RP: Militarization
We are continuing the militarization programs for the police and military. We are planning on using better assault weapons, ammunition, pistols, rifles (no-recoil, sniper, anti-material, or otherwise), and better materials that are cheaper, more durable, and comfortable. We are also designing more flexible and comfortable uniforms for the Army, Navy, Air-Force, and other military branches. We are also modernizing our vehicles, tanks, motorcycles, and others. We are also planning to develop new weapons for our police force. The police will have submachine guns, pistols, and smoke/stun bombs for regular duty, and assault rifles, snipers, bombs, and automatic pistols when needed. We will also implement militaries for the republics, in case of emergencies such as insurgencies. They will be armed with 2nd priority to the National Military.
We would like to coordinate with some nations as well.

With the government seemingly stabilized... Again... The 'DEG' That was responsible for the occupation of the city to keep violence from spilling in were reinforced by troops from the Etrian 6th AEF from Comaraka and now number a total of 4 times their original number. Orders have been given to keep hold of the city until some claimant or another shows up to negotiate its release to a unified and stable Icewindia. Food and supplies also continue to flow in through the Etrian occupied port from Etrius itself and imports purchased by the silver throne.
A great deal of effort is put into allowing the inhabitants to go about their daily lives without interruption to avoid unnecessary incidents. The impromptu curfew placed during the first days has been lifted and businesses operate without interference from Etrian troops. Soldiers use cameras to capture interactions between themselves and civilians to assure the international community that care is being taken with the populace should the need arise.

RP: The Patterson's Project of 2130
After Elvira left office and the Automated Party took control of majority of the government seats. With The Higher Machine still being contested between the two major parties. The Field Marshal Blair Patterson has announced a plan alongside to the Candain reconstruction plan. Due to the war, most infrastructure had been damaged and basic necessities cannot be provided. The Reconstruction Agency and Tranquility Corps will work alongside each other in order to help their sector and other sectors if needed to rebuild.
Project I: Economic Recovery Program
The Mechanized Government within Kemonomica had fought each other, with Automated Party asking to increase the amount of money to provide the CNUR per year till 2140. So far, the government has been able to transfer over 桜₵15 Billion Credits per year to the government that will be installed in their sector of 
Conglagateia until 2140 as a regional government until it becomes apart of the larger nation that the CNUR will unite. The goal of Kemonomica and Candain were to rebuild war-torn areas remove trade-barriers, modernize industries, and improve the free market.
Project II: Bringing a government together
With the CNUR being a big tent of leftwing candidates, the Government of Kemonomica has decided to pick out moderate liberals that shall run the country from 2130-2132 and then allow the people to vote for other candidates. They were to hopefully bring a bit of a free market and keep a few sectors like healthcare, roads, and other necessities under state-controlled. It is up to the people to decide if they wish to privatize other sectors in the reconstruction zone and reduce taxes. Though hopefully the Economic Recovery Program can alleviate some of the taxes.
Project III: Basic Necessities
In response to lack of basic necessities, the Tranquility Corps help to better Agriculture, Community Economic Development, Education, Environment, Health, and Youth in Development.
Volunteers who will participate in the agriculture sector will work with small-scale farmers and families to increase food security and production and adapt to climate change while promoting environmental conservation. They introduce farmers to techniques that prevent soil erosion, reduce the use of harmful pesticides, and replenish the soil. They work alongside farmers on integrated projects that often combine vegetable gardening, livestock management, agroforestry, and nutrition education.
Volunteers who will particapate in Community Economic Development will work with development banks, nongovernmental organizations, and municipalities to encourage economic opportunities in communities. They frequently teach in classroom settings and work with entrepreneurs and business owners to develop and market their products. Some Volunteers also teach basic computer skills and help communities take advantage of technologies that connect them to the global marketplace.
With 1/5 of the GDP going to Education in Kemonomica, there is no doubt Education will be a large program in the Tranquility Corps. Volunteers play an important role in creating links among schools, parents, and communities. They may work in elementary, secondary, or post secondary schools, teaching subjects such as math, science, or conversational English; or as resource teachers or teacher trainers. Volunteers also develop libraries and technology resource centres.
To fight and better the Ecosystem in Conglagateia, Volunteers lead grassroots efforts to protect the environment and strengthen understanding of environmental issues. They teach environmental awareness in schools and to local organizations, empowering communities to make their own decisions about how to conserve the local environment. Volunteers also address environmental degradation by promoting sustainable use of natural resources.
In the Health Volunteer Program, Health Volunteers work within their communities to promote important topics such as nutrition, maternal and child health, basic hygiene, and water sanitation.
To protect and educate Youth, Volunteers work with youth in communities to promote engagement and active citizenship, including gender awareness, employability, health, environmental awareness, sports and fitness programs, and information technology.
Kemonomica's Reconstruction Agency with the help of the Terra Machina Exercitus, Mare Machina Classem, and Aether Machina Vis shall airlift, transport, and deploy basic necessities such as clothing, food, clean water, shoes, bed rolls, tents, etc. in order to have families at least have some basic living conditions. When construction of proper housing is complete. Families (with children) shall be housed first, then Intellectuals, then other people. The Registration Program that 
Candain has set up should be able to allow us to identify if someone got kidnapped or if a child was stolen so that someone could get in line first.
Project IV: Education
As stated, Tranquility Corps is to handle Educating Conglagateia while Schools are still unavailable, any textbooks shall be transported from Kemonomica to Conglagateia via aforementioned transportation in Project III. Conglagateian teachers are given priority jobs first in the education sector to teach Youth or young adults any education that they may or may not have attained. Classes are often held in large tents with carpets on the ground and tables and chairs parallel to each other facing a white board and the teachers desk with pencils being provided. Doctors and nurses are to be near these schools in the case a child gets sick, oftentimes Conglagateian doctors and nurses given priority first, then Kemonomican doctors and nurses may fill up the remaining void. Again thanks to Candain we can track who is a doctor and who is a teacher based on their skill set or past occupation.
Cafeteria's will be set up in a large tent where children and young adults will get their food to help them munch on something and relax till next class starts or they go and study or do something else.
Project V: Security
Conglagateians are often put into large sectors of refuge camps, those that stay in villages that haven't been torn down by the war may be able to live there still. The Mother Machine Guardianship, most notably, the 1st Peace Keeping Army Group led by Field Marshall Joséphine Remaut shall be in charge of keeping these area's with Conglagateian inhabitants safe with 450,000 troops at her disposal (the other 30,000 still stationed in Candain). They will work alongside with Conglagateian Security Forces in order to garrison villages, towns, and camp settlements in order to protect the civilians in them. Oftentimes sharing logistics the the Mother Machine Guardianship.
In addition to that, ambulances, fire trucks, helicopters along with other first responders are deployed in these communities if fire ever breaks out or people get hurt. Usually Conglagateians being assigned to these positions first based on previous occupation, while Kemonomicans fill up the void.
Project VI: Internet and Research
Currently the Tranquility Corps along with Internet providers in Kemonomica and in Conglagateia (if you have any) shall create libraries in the tent settlements and elsewhere. These libraries will be in large tents where wi-fi is provided to the people of Conglagateia who are near it. This is in the hopes to educate them and utilize educational programs on the internet to the fullest extent. Though it will not inhibit the freedoms of the people to explore the internet. These libraries will also be filled with books and online books. As imagination the Kemonomicans believe is something powerful that only an individual can wield and they wish to usher Golden Age of creativity to the people.
Project VII: Creativity
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in partnership with the Reconstruction Agency has accepted to offer Conglagateian's a chance to explore the creative arts. Media's such as digital arts, arts and designs, sculpting, etc. Shall be offered. Other things like Sports and Physical Educations will help get the children fit in order for them to become more healthy and active in their youths in these troubling times.
Project VIII: Enviornment
With the help of the Tranquility Corps and The Ministry of the Environment shall help plant and regrow Conglagateian forests and floral life. Hopefully to recall some of the fauna who have fled the war-torn forests and plains. It is in order to help better the lifespan and lifestyle of Conglagateian's throughout the reconstruction zone.
Project IX: Healthcare
Healthcare will be free for the people of Conglagateia, Kemonomica doesn't have medicines for organics, however people shall be given robotic prosthetic limbs and will be able to move parts of their body in order for them to perform their daily lives. Unfortunately Conglagateian doctors or other Serene Ether members would have to give Kemonomicans medicines that can be used for organics in order to help cure them, otherwise it is them either gaining immunity through the hard way.
Project X: Industry
The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Reconstruction Agency puts a plan together with Candain in order to bring jobs to Conglagateia back again. Thanks to Job Assignments hosted by Candain, Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, and other occupations were allocated a certain amount of money and also given their previous jobs back based upon their skills. Labourers or builders are often hired to construct necessary buildings such as drug manufacturing facilities, infrastructure, farms, Clean water depots, energy, etc. In order to get the country running again in basic necessities, once that is done, labourers can focus on building consume good industries, homes, retail businesses, etc. in order to raise the GDP. Engineers from both Kemonomica and Conglagateia are to help with the construction of these infrastructures so as it can be built effectively.
Project XI: Public Transport
Kemonomica currently has bus stops operating in Conglagateia, with Conglagateian's running these bus stops from settlement to settlement, transporting ordinary people to places. Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Reconstruction Agency has set up projects to build train stations running from place to place. Though this will be worked on once the construction of necessary buildings/infrastructure are completed.
Project XII: L Credit Program and Food vouchers
The L Credit Program and Food Vouchers are to hopefully not let the people of Conglagateia starve or deprive them, nor should it allow a Conglagateians to over consume food and cause constraints for the agricultural sector during the winter as it may be harsh to do maintain that. Speaking of winter. . .
Project XIII: Preparing for Winter
In preparation for winter where plants will die and food will be unable to produce, it is decided that if Conglagateia were to run out of food or water. It is said that the Reconstruction Agency shall put 桜₵5 Billion Credits aside in the case that Conglagateia runs out of those necessities to feed their population. Another 桜₵5 Billion will be put to use in order to provide warm clothes, sheets, and layers of cloth for families and the people during the winter. It will also go to placing heating devices in public tents such as schools, libraries, cafeteria's, etc.
Project XIV: Energy
Energy shall run on renewable energy for now, Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric, Geothermal, Ocean, Biomass, and more questionable, Nuclear Energy. Though these Nuclear Reactors that will generate massive amount of energy will be generation IV Reactors. Which is Highly Economical, Enhanced Safety, Minimal Waste, and Proliferation Resistant. So far for Nuclear Energy the Kemonomican government is transporting their abundance amounts of energy to Conglagateia due to Nuclear Power Plants being too costly at the moment. In the future once the Conglagateian GDP rises and the people no longer require basic necessities from foreign aid, then a Nuclear Power Plant can be established.
Renewable energy shall start propping up as a necessity for the small communities in order to get some quick energy into the communities to utilize for winter and wi-fi. labourers and engineers shall help construct energy infrastructure for the people in these settlements.

RP: Everyday Lives: Home
The night sky was speckled with an unknowable number of stars. Blinking. Pulsating. As though they were sending thousands of micro signals across the cosmos. As far as the eye could see, they stretched infinitely, uncovered from the shadows of the night clouds. The weather in Dominold was a blessing for that matter as far as the Little Astronomer was concerned. Though for her father, standing beside her, he was happy enough for the good harvest and the security it had brought. . . Had brought. . . The Father looked down the hill and stared longingly at their little homestead below. The lights were off and though they were not inside, he knew the air conditioning would be as well. He sighed deeply as he turned to his daughter, sitting in the dirt next to the shrine, wrapped up like a Khosrau mummy in blankets, staring into the air like she was expecting something.
"Alright pup. It's getting cold out."
"Just a little bit more papa," the astronomer complained, "the weatherman said there would be meteor shower tonight."
Her father let out a chuckle,
"The weatherman didn't say anything about meteors. Just showers."
"But the sky's clear!"
The father looked up once more, surveying the atmosphere. Not a patch of clouds to be seen. . . at first. He pointed north, over the treetops and towards the hills leading to the mountains. A shadow lurked just above the horizon.
"Over there you see? That's the cold front."
"But it's already cold?"
"Well. . . It's going to get colder. You won't want to be out here much longer."
"But," huffed the Astronomer, "the house will still be cold too."
"No it won't."
She turned to face her father,
"I disagree!"
He froze, involuntarily. He felt a twitch in the back of his neck and a heat rise in his cheeks. He began to open his mouth, but stopped himself. He stared into his child's eyes, pushing down on the reflexive, primitive, argumentative, creature rising up.
"What did you just say?"
The Astronomer sat still, the realization of her words dawning across her face. The Father sighed deeply,
"Inside. Now."

The house was not much warmer than the outdoors, the last of the day-heat dwindling away into the open air. Wrapped in her blankets, the Astronomer waddled to her room, not speaking to her mother sitting on the living room's sofa as she passed. The bedroom door slammed, echoing through the quiet house before fading into quiet, muffled sobs. The mother looked to her husband, unimpressed.
"Don't bring your boots in."
"They're already out."
"Good."
The Father lumbered over and fell into the sofa next to her, rubbing his eyes. The Mother flipped through a newspaper, straining her eyes to see in the dark.
"I could turn a light on," he offered.
"You wouldn't dare," she responded sarcastically.
"Just a few more weeks. We'll send her off. Then we'll sell-"
"Turn the radio on."
The Father leaned back in the sofa, a confused look washed over his face. The Mother didn't look up from the newspaper.
"Turn the radio on. Government station."
With a resigned sigh, the father stood up and switched on the radio on the coffee table. It was already on the Commonealth's Official Station. Before he had a chance to lower the volume, it crackled to life with a powerful, twisted, inspiring voice,
"-is the time for the true followers of Shangralore, God, and Acheinseolv to rise once more! Rise with the dawning sun! Rise with the fall of the Commonwealth! Rise and tear down those who-"
He shut the radio off.
The Father turned to his wife, eyes wide. She motioned to the front page of the paper. In massive deep black letters, the headline read:
"Queen Flair Murdered! The Dual Church Takes Command!"
The Father was in shock, covering his mouth. His wife shook her head,
"You and your friends have really done it now."
He moved towards his wife, grabbing her hand. He whispered harshly,
"You know I've had nothing to do with this!"
"I disagree."
He pulled back, forcing her to her feet.
"Shut up. Shut up! I didn't do anything!"
"You joined their club. We were there at the baptism."
"They said they would help us! Give us what we needed to keep going. I didn't know this is what they wanted!"
"You're going to wake her."
"She probably up listening right now, it doesn't matter!"
"Joseph. Let. go."
Joseph looked down at her wrist, his hand clutched around it, tightening. He breathed deeply. Pushed down the beast. Cooled the heat. He released. His mind swam, practically drowning. He hesitantly sat himself on the edge of the sofa. His wife nursed her wrist.
"What are you going to do now?"
Joseph found himself staring at the floor, unable to bring himself to look her in the eye.
"They'll come in the morning," he said, hollowly, "For me. And for her."
"Only if they know about her."
Joseph nodded.

Inside her bedroom, the Astronomer wiped tears from her eyes as she pressed her ear to the side of the door. She could hear her parents fighting about something, barely containing the anger in their voices, but the words were lost. She knew though, something about his fight was different from the others. Their tones, their frustration, it all felt off. Like they weren't fighting about something, but for something.
The Little Astronomer felt the floor boards creak as her parents walked closer towards her room. She quickly tried to stand up and rush to her bed, pretend she was asleep, but her foot caught the end of her blanket wrap and she found herself falling onto the ground. Struggling to stand back up, she turned around just in time to see her Father standing in the doorway.
"Pup. We need a talk."
"I- I was sleeping. I swear."
Joseph chuckled, but to the Astronomer, it sounded like it had hurt.
"It's okay. Come here."
He squatted down to reach her level as she cautiously pulled a trail of cloth behind her. When she had gotten close, Joseph pulled her into a close hug.
"You know I love you."
"Yes papa."
Behind the hug, his faced turned to a frown.
"Do you love me back?"
Silence fell.
Joseph released the hug, but continued to hold onto her shoulders tightly.
"Suzy. I need you to listen carefully."
Suzy stared at her father expectingly,
"Tomorrow. I'm going to leave. . ."

Sózei woke in a cold sweat. She could hear her heart racing, overtaking the subtle tick of a grandfather clock in the house. She frantically looked around the dark bedroom. Little had changed in the past two decades. The bed was larger. The house was smaller. Shaking herself awake, Sózei dropped out of the covers and onto the floor. The wood was warm from the air conditioning, but she could feel the winter cold gripping the homestead outside. She looked at herself in the mirror, the darkness accentuating her black hair and sunken eyes. With increasing paranoia, she scanned the reflection for anything that was different. No extra shadow. No eyes creeping in the dark behind. Nothing. And still, she felt terrified. But already she could feel the nightmare fading, like the warmth from an unheated house.
Sózei sat down on the edge of her bed, breathing deeply as the adrenaline left her system. She told herself that the nightmare was gone, that her work was over. The shadows, the ghosts, they were all gone. But then, she looked up. The door to the living room was opened. Two white holes peered at her from void beyond. Sózei could barely react.
"Please," she begged as the eyes began to vanish back into the night, "Don't leave papa. . ."
