Declaration of Peace and Non-Agression Pact between the Republic of the Dominion of the Island of Ezo and the Confederate States of Rhodesia:We are herby declare as minor nations with a limited military capability, to use our armed forces in the sole intention to secure the public order inside our own nationl borders and never participate in deploying any of our troops outside our nations juresdiction as long as we are not attaced by any forign powers.
This to express our internal and external autonomy as stated in Section C Part 1 of the BASIC AGREEMENT as part of the Allied Nations of New Eriador.
