Today, Teragrina has seen fit to exercise her executive authority with the appointment of Filey as Vice-Delegate of the British Borders region effective immediately. Filey will not hold any executive or World Assembly authority, but will act as a adviser to members of the Teragrinian delegation. The office of Vice-Delegate will also serve as a cermonious title for Filey as it was the original WA Delegate for the region.
