Article I - Recognition of Legitimacy

1. The Great Hoards of Lair of the Dragon (“The Lair”) and The Celestial Order of Astoria (“Astoria”), hereafter collectively referred to as “the Signatories'', are the two parties engaged by and bound to the articles of this treaty.

2. The Lair recognizes The Celestial Order and its Astra Deus as the sole legitimate government of Astoria.

3. Astoria recognizes The Great Hoards as the sole legitimate government of Lair of the Dragon.

Article II - Cultural Connections

1. Both signatories shall maintain the presence of on-site embassies between each region.

2. Signatories shall maintain a representative to each others’ preferred platform of communication.

3. Signatories are strongly encouraged to invite citizens of each region to their major cultural events.

4. Signatories are further encouraged to plan and host joint cultural events for both regions, when time allows for these events to be planned.

Article III - Roleplay

1. Citizens of both signatories are encouraged to participate in the respective roleplay activities hosted by each signatory.

2. Astorian citizens are directly invited to participate in the roleplay activities hosted by The Lair.

Article IV - Regional Security

1. Signatories shall provide to each other information that may present a risk to either signatory’s regional security or stability.

2. The signatories shall strive to reveal as much information as possible in this regard, but are not obligated to share information that may compromise the legitimate activities of the region sharing this information.

3. Signatories shall not engage in espionage activities against each other's home region, or any territories of the Signatories as established by each respective government.

4. When able, Signatories shall come to the defense of each other’s home region or other holdings.

Article V - Non-Aggression Pact

1. The Signatories shall pledge not to plan, lead, or participate in military action against each other or their holdings.

2. When strategy and policy allow, the Signatories shall strive to work together on military engagements, such as;

   1. Providing opportunities for the members of each Signatory’s military to participate in each other’s military engagements.

   2. Supporting occupations led by either Signatory.

   3. Striving to plan and participate in joint military operations.

Article VI - Modification and Withdrawal

1. Either Signatory may present amendments to this treaty, which shall be enacted with the mutual assent of both governments.

2. Either Signatory may withdraw from this treaty by notifying the other Signatory of their withdrawal.
