-Someone suggested an IIHF for the tsp and i decided that it would be good for the tsp and getting along better.

-I have been working and have been staying up until twelve to talk with the parts of the tsp i dont know much about.

-I will be on and will make sure spammers and trolls will be slapped with that thicc suppress button.

-I couldn't have gotten here with out the great people of the tsp and i would love to communicate with them more.

-I will make sure to talk with off site people. Mostly known as the Forums and Discord and try to communicate with them.

1: I believe he fulfilled the role quite nicely, I do think the thing he could improve on was time and how he got on. But honestly I understand why he wasn’t on much due to reality and other things. I do believe anything he could have worked on was the relationship with the TSP and how he hasn’t really talked much. I have seen him talk but not by much. Other than that he has been a great LC

2: well since I’m part of the discord and forums I would like to see what other people think about how the TSP game side is used and see how people feel about it. Then once I write down all the things the TSP can improve on I feel that once we get all of the concerns that others have we can start to slowly push them onto the game side areas. If we can we should use NS sport and other activities that are normally on game side, and advertise them to the forums and Discord.

3: if I were to push for reforms, it would most likely be how tightly trolls are treated in the TSP and how I feel that the NS mods do more than LC’s. But I do trust that LC do there job great and I respect all of them old and new. I feel that once a troll is spotted, we should give them three chances before packaging and sending them to TRR. Other than this I think we should push for more LC involvement in activities on the TSP.

Over the almost year I have been on the TSP and NS. I have been many regions carry the One post policy. Don’t get me wrong the policy is great but, if we could do something like make it 2 posts. Wouldn’t you think that it would give people some more free space? As well as help the new comers adjust slowly to how the rules work.

My main goal would most likely to try and root out trolls and other things. Sometimes a troll will appear and it would take the LC a bit to get to it. They try there hardest but I wish there could be a possibility to catch them earlier and maybe start to a point “official greeter” such are people who great as many people as they can. There will always be non official greeters and such.

I would like to see something called a strike system for trolls. They have around 3 strikes and once these three are met they will be sent to TRR and if they continue. They will be banned from the rmb. (This idea is new and will be cleaned up over time.)
