Noting that the current acts mandating the existence of a regional military are outdated;

Believing that the existence of a region-wide military force is essential to the security of the region from threats both foreign and domestic;

Further Believing, in light of recent conflicts, that a region-wide peacekeeping force may be able to do more to deter and stop intraregional warfare than the current system, or lack thereof;

Worried that weaker nations in the region may be incapable of defending themselves if need be, and unable to sufficiently respond to disaster;

Repeals Navy Reform Act 2019

Enacts, in replacement, Confederation Defence Force Act 2020
