As you know, The VALTIC has seen recent exponential growth. After being part of the VALTIC for almost two weeks now, things have begun to get a little crowded on the world map.

This is the state of the VALTIC currently. Now, the west-central area of the map has seen a lot of claims recently. Now look at the area where we are. We are the orange, #12. It is our belief that we must demand territory in order to prevent New York City syndrome: lots of towers going up because there is not expansion out.
We are being threatened by Orleen and Hollomon. We are almost incapable of having contiguous territory that expands into the east-central plains. These nations combined take up about four times our territorial size and yet their combined population is only 57% of ours. This is unjust. This ultimatum will stop this from happening.
Therefore, the Grand Assembly demands:
1. That the borders of the Greater Low Countries be expanded to this:

We demand an answer from Orleen and Hollomon in 24 hours. If there is no response or flat-out refusal, we will declare war.
We also ask for others to back up this claim and go to war with them if they refuse: Beliski lupolvic, Vent nathland, Independence systems, New excalibus, and Puetavisa.
We hope that we can begin negotiations with Orleen and Hollomon soon, but if they defy the Grand Assembly, our allies and we will show no mercy.
Final note: we would like to ask Craiser if they will let us negotiate in their great capital, Tojji City. Otherwise we will ask for a discussion in Prosperus Happyland.
