The World Assembly

Legacy General Assembly Resolution #729 “Reef Preservation and Restoration” (Category: Environmental; Industry Affected: Fishing) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Noting that Article 8 of GA#729 requires members to sanction those non-members which act to "pollute a member nation to the point of bringing them into violation of this resolution," even if those actions do not violate it, and even though nowhere in the resolution is such a threshold defined, and

Believing that it is fundamentally unjust to punish non-members for taking actions which members would not be punished under WA law for taking...

The General Assembly hereby repeals GA#729 "Reef Preservation and Restoration."
