Constan begins expanding its land, still about the size of a large village. Its expansion is for creating farms, and areas of residence for traders and merchants to live.

Constan has now expanded to the size of a small town, with an estimated 3,000 residents. The majority of the residents are merchants, as Constan's purpose is still to be a trading hub.

With recent developments in civil living in Constan, as well as an increasing amount of residents living there, the trading hub becomes a functioning society, seeing the development of a head of state to oversee the town, as well as the expansion of the trading port on the coast of Constan.

Constan becomes large enough to hold and sustain a small military force. It is large enough only to repel raiders and pirates, but not large enough to defend the town from an organized foreign invasion. Constan also begins expanding its territory with its force, building villages in areas rich with resources, which are used for more developments.

The civilisation of Constan becomes large enough to hold populated villages and town in different areas, with trading routes across empty land to each town. A regional government is formed, with a system of leaders in each town under a main head of state, forming Constan's first official government. However, due to the expansion of towns and villages across the region, resources are being quickly spent.

As a consequence of expansion across the region, Constan gets its first crisis. Starvation is present in all the towns, with people slowly suffering, and having to work harder to earn food. Constan still is expanding its plantations for food, but due to the increasing population, with merchants and citizens residing in the lands, it can't keep up.

The starvation crisis worsens, with citizens at one point having to eat bugs and cockroaches just to get something to eat. According to old records, a project was launched to get more food, with evidence linking to this project in the form of plants being grown in the backyard of a ruin of a house.

The starvation crisis finally ends, with citizens getting a healthy amount of food, and working a normal amount without collapsing. Constan returns to as it was before the starvation crisis, but with more food storage.

Constan shifts to being a monarchy, with a king in rule over the lands. The first king, Klementonis, starts by organizing the construction process of more towns and villages, to make Constan more populated.

Constan's plan is finally launched, and construction of new residences and towns begin. One part of this construction plan is to upgrade the infrastructure of trading hub's port, where Constan started. In light of this, Klementonis names the coastal town 'Aekon', to signify that it is Constan's main town. Aekon is the nation's first capital city.

The construction project is in full effect, with plenty of resources being extracted from mining and natural land, to be used to construct residences and more materials. Klementonis is very well respected, with minor taxes being implemented to further fund the construction project. During this period, the population of Constan increases.

The construction project has been finished, with a total of 12 large towns, and a total population of 18,000 people. Unfortunately, during this year, the king caught a disease, and became very ill.

The first king of Constan, Klementonis, dies of an unknown illness. His son, Klementonis II, takes the throne, and is crowned the second king of Constan.

Aekon suffers from a large flood, knocking the trading hub out of business. Klementonis II organizes a relief fund to use the taxed money to help assist Aekon get back on its feet. For this, Klementonis II is praised as a good king too, but not as good as Klementonis I.

Klementonis II has his first son, named Klementonis III, which is named the heir to Klementonis II and the throne. That same year, while walking through the streets of Aekon, Klementonis II suffers from a fall, and breaks his leg, forcing Klementonis II to use a walking stick for the rest of his life.

After a peaceful reign over Constan, Klementonis II, the second king, peacefully passes away in his sleep. Constan mourns his death, and holds a state funeral. Klementonis III is crowned the third king of Constan, at the age of 28. Klementonis III begins his brutal reign over Constan. He implements high taxes, and installs a brutal regime, executing everybody who spoke against him, profiteering off of the nation only for himself and personal greed. This starts a period of political tension in Constan.

To celebrate the beginning of a new century, Klementonis III renames the nation from Constan to the Klementonian Empire. This decision is unpopular with the people, because the name implies that the nation is an imperialist and un-peaceful empire. This creates more tension in the nation.

Klementonis III realizes that he is losing political influence over the nation, so he creates states within the nation, with each state ruling over a specific area, and having a small head of state for each state, with all leaders under him personally. This reinforces his rulership, bringing his power to a much more personal level, but this doesn't last long. He tries for a son, but gets 2 daughters instead.

Klementonis III catches the same disease that killed his grandfather, Klementonis I, 49 years ago. His health worsens rapidly. Due to him not having a son, tension rise within each state, wondering who will be named the successor of Klementonis III.

Later that year, Klementonis III died without having named a successor. A power crisis ensues, and each state slowly gains more independence with no king in rule of the nation.

With a new year, and still no ruler, the Klementonian Empire dissolves, and the nation splits into seventeen different states, each with a different government. Each state is now independent. The 2 daughters of Klementonian III are expelled from the monarchy, and are forced to live a life as a regular citizen.

With the dissolvation of the Klementonian Empire, the town of Aekon becomes liable to pirates, raiding the port's supplies. To prevent this, Aekon creates a military, a size of 80. This becomes effective against pirates, and the military slowly increases as Aekon itself increases in size.

3850 UC (850 CE)
35 years after the collapse of the Klementonian Empire, Aekon finally has built up a large enough force to take military action, gathering a military force of 234 soldiers. It starts a crusade against the other sixteen states, aiming to reunify the nation and bring it to former glory, having grown tired of tensions between the states. The next 10 years would be spent in this crusade.

Finally, after 10 years of fighting, Aekon finally beats and annexes the final state. In the Reunification Crusade, there were a total of 535 casualities, with some civilian deaths in the fighting. The state of Aekon finally unites the region under a single government. They don't aim to bring back the old Klementonian Empire, but rather bring in a new nation, renaming themselves Klementonia, with the capital of the new nation being Aekon.

As time passes, English is used throughout Klementonia, replacing the old language system. As a result of this, the official name of Klementonia is renamed to 'True Europa State', the English translation of the name, in order to appeal to English speakers.

A strange phenomenon occurs to a small neighbourhood in Aekon. Reports of people falling ill and forced to stay in their homes increase, and workers aren't arriving to important jobs. Upon investigation by a local herbal doctor, it appears that a new virus has started to spread within the area, invading the lungs and, according to an ill person, making hard for the infected person to breathe. Travel within the neighbourhood is restricted.

Despite the restriction of travel in the community, the virus spreads to other communities near the area within the month, known for bad sanitation. Infectivity rate increases, and more reports of infected continue piling. The first recorded death happens, a 27 year old male. Cases of the new virus appear in other cities, such as Helixoro. The current ruler, J-Kering, forbids further trade with the outside world, effectively containing the virus in True Europa State and preventing it's spread to other nations. By the time trade is restricted, there have been an estimated 200 deaths in the past 3 months since the virus's beginning.

Due to bad sanitation in streets and poor health among the lower class, the virus starts to spread at a very rapid pace, making its way across the entire nation. Further sources at the time cite a factor in the virus's spread to be linked to the trade being cut, and the living conditions of average citizen's worsening. Death rate hits over a thousand.

Section 1: Rights and Liberties
Article 1
To be classified as a citizen of Klementonia, the person must be either
I. Born to parents with Klementonian blood
II. Passed a citizenship test after living in Klementonia for over 2 years
III. Born to parents with Klementonian citizenship
Article 2
All persons living within the territories of the United Socialist Republic are presented the same opportunities and are on equal footing, regarding any laws, and rights. This remains the status quo, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, and beliefs.
Article 3
Freedom of Speech is granted to the residents and citizens of the United Socialist Republic with minor restrictions as follows:
I. Death threats in all forms are strictly forbidden with severe punishments to any degree, whether it be spoken against another civilian, members of government, or members of police or military.
II. Speech calling for the overthrow of the current government, resulting in partial jail time.
Article 4
Freedom of Religion is granted to the residents and citizens of the United Socialist Republic. Restrictions are only placed on the most extreme cases, and they are as follows:
I. If a religion present within the territories of the USR operates in extremes, such as ritual sacrifice, the religion will either be banned/restricted from such activities.
II. If a religion calls for killings against other groups (religious, ethnic, etc), the religion and individuals associated with it will be monitored to ensure the safety of other citizens/residents
Article 5
Citizens/Residents of the United Socialist Republic bear the right to wield arms in public spaces. Permission to bear arms in the boundaries of another person’s home can only be given by the resident of the home, unless a certified police officer has a warrant to enter the residency.
Article 6
All citizens of the United Socialist Republic (refer to S1A1) are allowed and have full access to participate in a vote or election. Restrictions are present that may restrict a citizen of Klementonia from participating in a voting process.
I. The citizen is currently incarcerated
II. The citizen whom was previously incarcerated was done so for the reason of murder
III. The citizen is under the age of 22
IV. The citizen scored below 85 in a state-sponsored IQ examination
V. The citizen gained citizenship less than a year before the vote began

The state hosts a welfare programme meant to help citizens either in dire need, or support those who cannot support themselves. In order to be fully supported by the welfare programme, the citizen/resident must fit into one of the following categories.
I. Pregnant (Case must be reviewed) / Underage pregnancy
II. Salary is < top 90% of national salary
III. Homeless
IV. Drug addict
V. Depressed/Suicidal
VI. People of determination

Article 8
All citizens of Klementonia have the right to supported healthcare, with free check-ups granted as an essential right and cheaper surgeries and operations. Pharmaceutical medication is also cheaper and more available to citizens of Klementonia.
Article 9
People of Klementonia can claim the right to form an assembly of people protesting for a common cause, peacefully.
Article 10
All people of Klementonia are held under the law, with no individual being able to transcend the governing laws, including government officials, and special people/persons.
Article 11
The liberties given to the people of Klementonia cannot be taken away under any circumstance unless a court ruling has determined so.
Article 12
All residents of Klementonia have the right to be supported by all educational facilities
Section 2: General Governance
Currency & Finance
Article 1
The standard currency used in Klementonia is the Aekon Credit, with the smallest currency value being the one(1) Credit coin
Article 2
The main central bank for Klementonia has been determined to be the Aekon National Bank, handling monetary policy and banking regulation
Article 3
In any store that utilizes a monetary currency, it is required to use the Aekon Credit to exchange goods/services as a payment formate, unless the owner of the store has direct permission from the Ministry of Finance to allow foreign currencies.
I. If a store allows foreign currencies as a payment format, it must thoroughly document every purchase made using the foreign currency, to account for currency exchange and monetary rates.
Article 4
The Ministry of Finance will be in control of the monetary rates of the currency, observing how it shifts and what can be done to manage inflation. The Ministry of Finance will also be the state’s main handler of the economy.
Commercial Industry
Article 5
The nation of Klementonia follows a policy of government-owned industry. All industry that is listed is under the control of the government and the appropriate ministries.
I. Stores selling material goods (shoes, phones, etc)
II. Stores selling foods and drinks
III. Stores selling resource goods (hardware, ores, wood, etc)
IV. All forms of production industry
Article 6
In order to open a store, permission must be gotten from the government and the appropriate ministry in order to be granted the right to operate a store. Once had, the ministry will help fund the construction costs.
Article 7
People have the right to purchase whatever they seem fit for them, with almost no restrictions on what may be purchased. If restrictions are to exist, it would be based on safety or ability to purchase.
Work Laws
Article 8
A minimum wage is present in Klementonia, with the set wage being 18 Aekon Credits/h. Having a wage set below this limit will be met with the law and an arrest set in a court of justice for human exploitation.
Article 9
Any working individual that has been working at the same establishment for more than 14 years will be awarded with tenure, full job security, and a significant raise for their hard work.
Article 10
Work weeks will be set and defined as working from Monday to Friday, and starting work at 10 am to finish at 5pm
Article 11
Not paying a worker for work done overtime is an offense of human exploitation. Unpaid overtime will be met with the law.
Article 12
All work places must provide sufficient safety conditions in order to protect human lives. Failure to do so will cause an investigation to be launched against the cause.
Section 3: Foreign Duties and Affairs
Article 1
All citizens of Klementonia living abroad has protection in the case of conflict. If a foreign nation falls into chaos, the Klementonian government will evacuate all Klementonian citizens residing in that nation.
Article 2
If a Klementonian Head of State has obligations to leave the country in regards to foreign diplomacy, the main ambassador that will be sent is the Secretary of State Affairs, Ichika Niko Arwit.
Article 3
The United Socialist Republic of Klementonia follows a policy of Autarky, following the beliefs of self-sufficiency over resource and material trade. Trade between Klementonia and foreign states is halted. However, the guidelines of our Autarky policy gives the Klementonian government the right to trade goods and services that are not resources or civilian-grade goods. Examples of such allowances are weapon and military-grade vehicle trades.
Article 4
The United Socialist Republic of Klementonia does not believe in a justified war, and remains in peace in order to protect its citizens. However, if the President/s aim to join a war effort, there are two conditions for the nation to join the war effort. The first condition is that the proposal must be passed unanimously by all Heads of State, the 'Humanitarian President' Ymira Colnak, 'Political President' Kiara Fortuna, 'Naval Admiral' Lucien Percival, 'Airforce General' Aurore Mika, and 'General of the Army' Kristen Render.
Article 5
The second condition that the nation must fulfill in order to be able to join a war effort is if it passes once of the following criteria. If one of the criteria is passed, the United Socialist Republic will have justification to go to war.
I. The USR is protecting an ally from foreign invasion
II. The USR is preventing a foreign nation from developing/distributing/launching any WMD, including nuclear weaponry
III. The USR has been invaded by a foreign state/entity
IV. The USR is protecting national interests that would have disastreous effects on the nation if destroyed/captured
Article 6
For a nation to be considered an 'ally' to the United Socialist Republic of Klementonia, it must fulfill most of the following requirements in order for it to be treated as allied with Klementonia
I. Klementonia has an embassy present in the foreign state, and vice versa
II. The foreign state is willing to defend Klementonia in the case of foreign invasion.
III. The foreign state has not been in a direct conflict against Klementonia before
IV. The leader of the foreign state has met with both leaders of Klementonia
V. Klementonia has a good opinion of the foreign nation
Article 7
The nation of Klementonia has rights to join an alliance if it means it protects the interests of the nation. However, the nation of Klementonia is forbidden from joining an alliance/organization that is specifically meant to go on offensive wars against other states, unless it is a coalition against a hostile state/alliance.
Section 4: Government Organization
Article 1
At any given point in time, there must be two Presidents in charge of the country. The first president, deemed the 'Political President' will handle politics, foreign affairs, the military, and the police force. The second president, deemed the 'Humanitarian President' will handle civil rights, education, healthcare, and everything for the people. When it comes to creating/managing laws, both Presidents must join to handle the work
Article 2
In the case that either President is not available (hospitalized, killed, under anesthesia, etc), there will temporarily be a period of time where the nation is ruled by one President again
Article 3
There must be minimum one(1) Secretary of State Affairs at any given time. If the current Secretary of State Affairs is not available, another Secretary will be employed to fill the gap.
Article 4
The election process is as follows. Three candidates are chosen out of the current party for each Presidential role, six candidates total. Citizens will first vote for the Political President, choosing out of 3 runners for the role. After that election is finished, citizens will then vote for the Humanitarian President, choosing the other 3 runners and nominating a 'Humanitarian President'.
Article 5
In the rare scenario that both Presidents are not available to lead the nation (example, both killed in an attack), Martial Law will take place nationally, with the 3 Military Generals securing law and order over the nation.
Article 6
The Ministries have control and jurisdiction over their individual sectors of the nation. Any disagreement on which ministry has jurisdiction over a certain case will be debated on by the main Heads of State.

III. Ministry of Infrastructure

Section 5: Military Affairs
Article 1
All citizens of Klementonia, once graduting high school, must go through basic army training. After this, they are free to resume university-level education with no setbacks.
Article 2
During time of war, the Klementonian Army has the right to mobilize and start enlisting new soldiers, enlisting those who went through basic army training to join the Army.
Article 3
The Army, under no circumstances, are to commit any acts that breaches international laws regarding warcrimes. In the case that a regiment commits acts of warcrimes, an investigation will be launched, arresting the officer that gave the command to commit such an act, and the involved soldiers will immediately be stripped of their rank and be ejected from the military, to later be held against a court of justice.
Article 4
In the scenario that war reaches the capital city, Aekon, the military has full rights to enact Martial Law, declaring a state of emergency.
POCWAT-0 "Sleeping man"
The 12 o' clock position, meant to refer to the 'zero' position. If the nation's military is set to POCWAT-0, it means that the nation's military is not mobilized, and it currently sitting waiting for orders.
POCWAT-3 "Spilled cup"
The 3 o' clock position. POCWAT-3 is usually initiated in cases of national/international developments, if they have dangerous potential. POCWAT-3 means that the nation's military is starting mobilization, and that soldier movements have begun, as well as general deployment.
POCWAT-6 "Riled up"
The 6 o' clock position. POCWAT-6 marks the 'middle' point of the entire POCWAT scale. In order for POCWAT-6 to be reached, the nation is usually in the later stages of deployment/mobilization, meaning it could be either intervening in a foreign conflict or about to participate in a conflict directly.
POCWAT-9 "Locked door"
The 9 o' clock position. POCWAT-9 is a stage that means that a conflict is dangerously leaning to nuclear war. The military would be placed on high alert and mobilization would be fully engaged, ready to deploy anywhere in a matter of minutes with accuracy and efficiency. If POCWAT-9 were reached, both A.R.M.A.D.A and Skyseeker would be fully activated and prepared for immediate silo launch.
POCWAT-12 "Closed curtain"
The 12 o' clock position. POCWAT-12 is the last stage on the Pocket Watch scale, and means that nuclear war is either about to start, or has started. Both missile programmes would be launching and the nation's military would be fully mobilized with every single unit engaged in combat. POCWAT-12 has never been reached before in the nation's history, and efforts are being made to ensure the safety of the nation if POCWAT-12 were to ever be initiated

One of the first scientifically-advanced projects in Klementonian Military history, the X-Series Trailblazer Programme was a major milestone for the Klementonian Air Superiority Force, the main airforce for the nation. It moved past the traditional pilot in the seat and into advanced artificial intelligence programming. This new direction for the airforce would reduce the casualties taken in the air war against another nation, cutting the amount of aerial losses in half. These new all-purpose drones led the nation in the pursuit of the sciences and the technological advance into the future. There are many examples of what these drones can do for the nation. A few of them are intercepting incoming cruise missiles, commencing hit-and-runs on foreign naval fleets upto speeds of Mach 6.5, and utter air superiority. The main X-14 Drone Squadron contains a fleet of over 575 drones, allowing the airforce to dish out massive damage to targets, with no human losses being suffered on our side. Specifications:

In recent times, with the growing threat of nuclear power and ballistic missiles, it has come to attention to Klementonian High Command that the nation and the military is not prepared for global nuclear armageddon, or even a standard missile launch. If a nuclear warhead were to be targeting the capital, drones cannot be 100% relied upon to intercept the missile. That is why the ARMADA System was created. The Armed Rocket Martial Anti-air Defense Arrangement System is a series of missile launch silos scattered across the nation with a connected system, linking all silos to an advanced RADAR targeting system powered through satellite observation. It detects a missile launch that is targetting and pointing towards Klementonia, and sends a signal to nearby ARMADA Missile Silos to launch and intercept.
The ARMADA System does not utilize standard missiles that are set to intercept. Instead of standard warheads, missiles that are utilized by the ARMADA System are fitted with a long-range EMP device, enough to fry electronic devices upto 35 kilometers. Once an ARMADA Missile is launched, it uses a tracking system to target incoming missile. After getting in range of the missile, the EMP is activated, aiming to fry the missile's electronics and destroy the targeting system, effectively preventing it from ever reaching Klementonia. Once the missile is disarmed and fried, recovery teams are sent to recover the fried enemy missile to safely disarm the warhead to prevent any explosions from occuring. The ARMADA System has over 15 launch sites, and is currently the nation's best defense from foreign missile attacks.
After the creation of the Armed Rocket Martial Anti-Air Defense Arrangement System, also known as A.R.M.A.D.A, the Klementonian High Command started a new military project, once again focusing on the welfare and the protection of the nation. The main concern of the Klementonian High Command is the vulnerability of ground and naval forces if air superiority cannot be achieved. If, in an ongoing war zone, the Klementonian Airforce is defeated and fails to maintain superiority, the ground forces would be left wide open and incredibly vulnerable to attacks from the air. The only defense being SPAA wouldn’t be reliable enough to completely protect any divisions operating in the war zone. As a solution to this problem, High Command created a new project that would not only protect these divisions on the ground, but would also contribute to the absolute defense of the entire nation and her territories. This project was named the ‘Skyseeker Programme’.
In a manner similar to the A.R.M.A.D.A System, the Skyseeker Programme consists of a number of missiles that are always ready to be launched. However, the missiles utilized by the Skyseeker programme aren’t tall ballistic missiles, but rather a RADAR-guided ‘short’ missile that immediately tracks incoming enemy aircraft. These Skyseeker missiles only range to roughly 4 meters tall, and are RADAR guided. Instead of tracking incoming nuclear warheads, the aims of the Skyseeker Programme are to intercept incoming enemy aircraft, a more direct approach. There are numerous types of Skyseeker missiles, ranging from explosive proximity missiles, to payloads containing EMP devices to knock out electronics. The main benefit to the Skyseeker Programme is that the missiles utilized are RADAR-guided, effectively becoming immune to any counter-measures such as flares.
Skyseeker missiles are also much more mobile and easily transportable, allowing the Skyseeker Programme to operate abroad in foreign war zones, rather than only within the territories of the United Socialist Republic. These missiles are an effective strategy towards maintain air superiority in a war zone, helping the forces on the ground to complete tactical objectives without air interference.
In the calendar year of 1989, the first nuclear weapons test in the history of Klementonia occurred. On the 25th of December 1989, at approximately 3:23 AM, a bomber aircraft flying at an altitude of 16 kilometers opened its bomb-bay, dropping a 150-kiloton nuclear device. 30 seconds later, a parachute jettisoned from the device, creating a gentle descent. 1 minute later at 3:25 AM, the nuclear device was detonated 1 kilometer off the surface. Overseer Manager [DATA EXPUNGED] created a recording alongside 2 assisting scientists, hidden in a bunker 60 kilometers away.

After the first nuclear weapons test, military generals in the ranks of the Klementonian military created a contingency plan, regarding the usage of nuclear weaponry. The document outlines a war plan detailing the mobilization of the Klementonian Armed Forces, including vehicle departure timings and conscripted personnel. This war plan has been nicknamed ‘Order 294’. However, there is a component of Order 294 that only the current President of Klementonia has access to, nicknamed ‘Operation Retcon’. Within Order 294, Operation Retcon contains all the information necessary to potentially plunge the world into nuclear chaos. The document contains information about the locations of all nuclear launch silos in Klementonian territory, as well as the locations of nuclear devices. Most importantly, Operation Retcon has all the launch codes, passwords and clearances that allow the launch of a nuclear weapon.
Operation Retcon is seen as the means to the end, for nuclear war. As per duties of the President and obligations to the state, there are procedures and requirements that all need to be fulfilled in order for Operation Retcon to be activated. The following requirements are:

—> There are nuclear strikes targeting the nation of Klementonia
—> Has the confirmation of both Presidents acting on duty
Order 79, code named 'Safe House', is a nationwide mobilization order sent to every military-affiliated base and all commanding officers. Order 79 is only to be activated either at the beginning of a nuclear war, or if the nation of Klementonia is engaged in war against a multitude of nations. In the words of Kiara fortuna, the current acting Political President, "We must have an absolute defense in the face of global war. If this world descends into chaos and mass destruction, our military cannot afford to allow any cracks in our armour. We must be a perfect shield in order to protect our people". Following the quote, Order 79 is said to be a mobilization order for 'Absolute Defense', mobilizing the army and focusing on defense of the nation's territories.
Upon activation of Order 79, the nation immediately mobilizes and the defense readiness of the military becomes set to POCWAT-12. The A.R.M.A.D.A missile programme is set to active and all silos are prepared for immediate launch, with RADAR sites across the nation at maximum range to detect incoming warheads. The Skyseeker programme is also activated at this time, prepared to intercept potential foreign air fleets. Order 79 also creates a 'barrier' using aircraft from the X-Series Trailblazer Programme, mainly drones. The drones are set to patrol far into the coastline to ensure interception and general defense of the nation's shores.
The final plans for Order 79 are for hasty evacuation of citizens into nuclear bunkers across the nation. In the bunkers are replicas of towns and apartment buildings prepared for the relocation of non-combatants, fit with life support systems, water filtration, as well as farming of both plants and animals to ensure the safety of the people. The bunkers would be of a significantly large underground space, with each bunker being the size of roughly 4 apartment buildings. Plans dictate for 1000 people in each bunker, with potentially hundreds of these mass bunkers around the nation. There are other bunkers that individuals can hide in, with enough resources to last until the end of the war/radiation.
In early 2022, the nations of Arthralonia and Klementonia came together and made first contact in both of their historit’s to participate in a military exercise, hosted by Klementonia near the city of Helixoro. A mock town was constructed and soldiers came in from Arthralonia to fight with select participants from the Klementonian Armed Forces. Instead of using live ammunition, paintballs were used alongside accurate versions of either side's weaponry. Many different tactics were used, and by the end the military exercise finished in a tie, with either side simultaniously finishing their designated objectives at the same time. Early Life (1979-1990)
Kiara Perlons Fortuna was born on the 26th of May, 1979, and was born in Aekon General Hospital. Her mother was Aerola Fortuna, and her father was Lucas Fortuna. They lived a well and average life. Her father worked as a government official, as an ambassador, so Kiara would usually interact with them once she started growing to be of age. Her mother worked as a financial manager, working between businesses and organizing plenty of different subjects. With both their jobs, they were making a very good income, and Kiara had no problem with anything money related until her university years.
Kiara attended the Aekon Children's Academy for elementary, which was a private school with a reputation that only rich people could attend. Ever since elementary, Kiara Fortuna was good at making friends, as well as studying for tests. Even though it was only elementary, Kiara wanted to do good on her tests. Not for any big related reason, but just because she got her favourite ice cream whenever she did really well on her tests. Nearly every test she was getting full scores, and she was seen as a very academic student.
Middle School Years (1990-1993)
For middle school, between grades 6 to 8, Kiara stayed at the Aekon Children's Academy, moving on to the branch of the school that taught middle school students. It was during this period of time that Kiara started learning about politics in general, from subjects such as geopolitics, to subjects like invasions with a well equipped military. When Kiara started learning about these things, she became more patriotic towards Klementonia, believing that it should stand up against adversaries. Even though she thought these things, she kept to herself in school, focusing on her hard work, all while continuing to hang out with friends that she had, one of which would later serve with her in the army.
High School Years (1993-1997)
After Kiara Fortuna finished her middle school at the Aekon Children's Academy, she moved onto start studying at the Prestigious Academy for Seniors, or the PAS. The PAS was a very high-level high school, only accepting those whose grades remained at above 95%. Since Kiara Fortuna would always study hard for tests, she managed to enter, scoring an average of 97%, which was enough to land her a seat. In high school, she learned many subjects, such as World History, World Politics, Advanced Physics, Advanced Chemistry, Advanced Mathematics, and 2 language classes. Here is where her education accelerated, and became a genius. She proposed a system of living, which people could live equally, and in a utopian society. Even though it could be considered close to real life Socialism, it was a different method, in which Utopia was achieved by oppressing those who stood up against the government. She knew she would never get the chance to implement it, but this system was only created because Kiara was bored at home, and decided to create a new political system for the fun of it.
In these years, the nation was becoming increasingly authoritarian in its politics and its control over the nation. At first, it was only an increase in police funding, but it soon turned to almost total police control. Citizens were being watched in their lives from cameras, having their devices tapped into to see what people were doing. The dictator at the time, Trevor Gerled, was developing paranoia from the fear of being assassinated, always believing there were people attempting to kill him. As a result, the people of Klementonia were forced to suffer under his regime because of his own personal issues with paranoia.
University Years (1997-2002)
After finishing High School, Kiara Fortuna moved onto start studying at the best university that Klementonia has to offer, which is the Aekon University for Accelerated Students. She was able to chase the higher information she needed, free to study all she wanted. She wanted to become an engineer, and with her advanced knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Math, she could certainly achieve her goal. In University, she was able to study as much as she wanted, and thanks from studying from before, she was able to ace all her examinations and projects that were given. Despite only attending University for 5 years, she managed to get a PHD in Physics. With her newly earned PHD, her mass amounts of studying throughout her life paid off, and she was able achieve her goal.
Graduation and Politics (2002-2021)
Even though Kiara Fortuna was able to get one of the highest awards available from University, she decided to enlist in the army. Her parents were confused at her choice, but her reasoning is that she wanted to 'get buff'. They were supportive, and they knew that once she came back, she could get the high job she wanted, which was her plan. Between 2002 and 2003, she spent 20 weeks in training. She excelled at the physical activities, and became an ideal soldier, even being enlisted into the Specialized Training Program. Once she finished her training, she planned to go get her ideal job of being an engineer, but it was at this time that she became more active in politics.
Kiara had slowly started to gain an interest in national politics whilst working at a beginner's level job for an engineering company. As she wasn't required to work as much as collegues around her, due to her being new, she had plenty of free time after her work had finished to dedicate to politics. By contacting a newspaper agency she was able to get a column of the newspaper for politics and her opinions on any events in the nation. It was from this political column in the newspaper that she started attracting attention from people in the nation. To her surprise, there were people sypathized often with her ideals and opinions, agreeing with whatever she'd say.
She had only started to get more attention in 2008 when the rioting started. For Kiara, it had started when she was browsing the Internet, being the first amongst others to view the initial article which exposed Trevor Gerled and Operation Helios for their crimes. Upon her shock, she immediately took to contacting her newspaper agency to post an article about this. Her column only helped further spread the word about Operation Helios, enraging the people and motivating them to revolt against the government. As she was the first to create an article in the newspaper, she was quickly regarded as the main source of information for the nation, being seen as a public figurehead to the revolts alongside Kristen Render. Her popularity reached a peak at the same time that Trevor Gerled was reported to be killed, and she celebrated alongside the nation with their new freedoms. However, despite her popularity, she wasn't elected to be the replacement President, and she would continue her political column until 2021.
Her Last Promotion
For a long time, she had to continue her political column, confirming her stance and her opinion on national events and politics in the nation, until she finally had a chance to move up. During the past 12 years since the uprising against Trevor Gerled, she had been amassing her popularity and support in Klementonia for the chance to run as President. With soon upcoming elections, she registered and was taken as an official candidate for the Presidency, and was finally elected President after a difficult and expensive campaign against the other candidates. After so much work for the past decade and a half, she was able to finally achieve her goal of being elected the President of Klementonia.

Birth and her Young Years (1992-2003)
That late October evening had a nice cold breeze, with light snow setting in marking the beginning of winter. While most people were at home eating dinner with family or staying out for some drinks, Ymira's parents, Ymir and Regen Colnak, were at the hospital, with Ymir in labor. She would be born 3 hours after her parents reached the hospital, and would stay there for a day before returning home. Interestingly, she would be born with blue hair. From an early age ever since her birth, she has been a very happy child throughout her kindergarten and primary school years. She would often make new friends when going to a local playground.
During her primary schooling, she was an average student. She’d focus in class, only to be distracted sometimes by conversations with her friends. The grades she had gotten were good for her age, and she was also very kind to others, unlike other people around her in school. Ymira was a good person in general, and often made people fond of her. Even though she wasn’t directly friends with everybody around her, she had a good presence in her class, with very little people disliking her.
Middle and Highschool (2003-2010)
Entering into the Wrenai Academy in mid-late 2003, Ymira started socializing with more people, gaining more friends and having mutual respect with her teachers. During her middle and highschool education, she would choose social studies, psychology, math, chemistry and physics as subjects to study during school. She highly enjoyed social studies, learning about history a bit, the environments, politics, and geology. She would also learn about civil law in countries, as well as learning about the human mind and traits in her psychology class. She was particularly interested in culture though, and would later conduct independent research into cultures and religions.
It was at this time in her life when she started being very compassionate towards people. To her, compassion was important and for everybody to be treated as equals, rather than everybody being selfish and self-centered. She didn't like the idea of people putting themselves above others in social status, so she changed her views on others to view people as equals to her. She also started becoming centered towards culture and religion. Her thoughts were that culture is important to a country and its people, due to it being their identity. She also believe that freedom of religion should be accepted, so everybody can be accepted for their individuality and their beliefs.
University Life (2010-2014)
After graduating highschool, Ymira started her pursuit of learning more about culture and social life in Jedford University in Wrenai, so she took Social Sciences as her major, studying hard and focusing in class. Although she worked hard in school, she also went outside often, exploring different areas of Wrenai that she never went to before, going to places known for being culturally diverse, and studied different religions outside of school, seeing what each religion was about, what they worshiped, and general behaviour.
During University, she made her decision to explore politics as well. Since the political crisis in Klementonia regarding Operation Helios and the toppling of the authoritarian government, she had started to focus more on politics and learning more about everything. Ymira decided to become more active in the community, helping organize many charities and donation funds to help with those displaced in the recent conflict. During this time, Ymira had also started reading Kiara Fortuna’s newspaper column about her stance on affairs, presenting her with a reliable source of information.
The Elections and The Present. (2014-2022)
In the last 8 years while she waited for the next elections to come around, Ymira graduated university and managed to get a stable job as a social scientist. She would run social experiments to see how people behaved under different circumstances, under pressure, and to see how honest people could be. It wasn't too high earning, but good enough that she could earn a living wage. While working, she kept up-to-date with politics, seeing the current President be elected, Kiara Fortuna. At first, Kiara Fortuna ruled a tight dictatorship, but in the past half-year, she had re-allowed elections, much to Ymira's surprise. This would finally give Ymira the chance to run for President, and achieve her life goals.
On the 11th of September, 2022, the election results for who would be the next President of Klementonia would come out to a 50-50 tie, surprising everybody. These results were something that had never happened before in history. Discussions were held on what should happen, but a meeting between Kiara Fortuna and Ymira Colnak proved a new solution, a dual leadership. Both candidates would be President, and after the decision was passed, Ymira Colnak finally achieved her goals and ambitions, and became the President of Klementonia, alongside Kiara Fortuna.

Serving as the Klementonian Secretary of State Affairs for 18 years now, Ichika Niko Arwit is a woman who is passionate about her job and life, but is serious when it comes to fullfilling her duties. As the Secretary of State Affairs, Niko Arwit has to fullfill roles such as contacting foreign governments concerning whatever international event is happening. Other examples of her job includes going to sites where other foreign governments are present and overseeing the site, or solving any diplomatic issues that occur to the Klementonian Government. As a person with a position with high power, she is considered to be on equal terms with the 3 Generals of the Armed Forces.
Beginning of her life (1975-1980)
Ichika Niko Arwit's parents had been married for 4 years when they had her. Under normal circumstances, one would look at Niko Arwit and assume that she was fully a Klementonian, having been birthed from Klementonian parents, but this was not the case. 7 years prior, in 1968, Akari Yumeha (her maiden name at the time) was a citizen of The Municipalities of Antarctica who had recently travelled to True Europa State to experience foreign culture. During her stay, she met Jayter Arwit, to which she decided to stay in True Europa State. After 3 years of dating, they got married, and 4 years after that, they had Niko Arwit, a child of both Klementonian and Antarctican origins.
Niko Arwit was born on the 7th of May, 1975, at the Helixoro Center for Healthcare at 5am. She was considered a beautiful child, and her parents were overjoyed to have her. They took her home 46 hours after her birth, and started caring for her. During her earliest years of childhood, she was spoken to in both languages that her parents spoke. They believed that if they spoke to her as a normal person, without 'baby'-ing their talking, as well as spoke and taught her words in both languages, she would become fluent. By following this idea, she was taught basic things in both languages, such as 'table', or 'food'. As a result of this, as well as further teaching of both languages, she would become fluent as an adult. By speaking to her as a normal person, she was also learning vocabulary for a few years above her age group, and was able to say small greetings with family friends.
Her family's wealth at the time was adequate. Her father worked a normal 9-5 job in marketing making a decent salary, while her mother worked as a primary school teacher. Her parents were able to provide for Niko's necessities and needs, while occasionally having to say no to an expensive item, such as a large stuffed toy that Niko saw in a mall. They didn't suffer from any health problems, and the apartment that they lived in was decent as well, with the plus side of having a nice view of the sunset out of their living room window.
Primary School Education (1980-1986)
When Niko hit the age of 5, her parents decided that it was the right time to enroll her into a primary school. In September 1980, she went to school for the first time. During the 1980's and 1990's, education funding in True Europa State was still under-developed, due to the leadership. The current government that was in control of True Europa State had very militaristic beliefs, pouring a lot of the government budget into developing and expanding the military, not focusing on other important aspects of society, such as education, healthcare, or science. Things would continue this way until 2021, when Kiara Fortuna took over, created the Klementonian Government, and started developing education. As a result of this corrupt leadership, the school that Niko was taught at was fairly small, only having a few classes due to being a primary school. The teachers were well trained and educated, but the resources that the school had were lacking.
During primary schooling, Niko learned basic neccessities, such as math, science, and the languages. In math, she learned about addition, multiplication, subtraction, division, and BODMAS. In science, she learned about animals, the food chain, and dissolving, such as salt in water or sugar in tea. However, in languages, there was a problem. The primary school she learnt at only had Klementonian teachers who were only capable of teaching English, so as for learning Japanese, she was not able to. Her parents knew this was a problem, so they hired a private tutor to help teach Niko how to speak Japanese. She advanced through her classes quickly, keeping up with the rest of her class, and by the end of her primary education, she had a basic understanding of the concept of studying. However, she had to stop her Japanese tutoring by the end, due to financial issues. From then on, Niko's parents personally taught her Japanese.
Middle School Years (1986-1989)
After becoming 11 years old, she had to leave her primary school behind and go to what was called 'middle school', from grades 6 to 8. In a tearful seperation, she left her teachers and friends in primary and started her first day at middle school. In the 3 years of middle school, it was here that her education accelerated. She was able to study for more than 2 hours at a time, being able to remain concentrated on her studies and doing homework with no problem. During her first year, she was having trouble with her classes, but sometime at the beginning of the second year of middle school, grade 7, she was able to learn all her topics easily, and getting questions correct in all of her classes. Her classes also expanded while she was in middle school. During primary, she was only able to learn basic thing such as math and science, but in middle school, she had access to other classes, such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Politics, Economics, Advanced Language Courses, and with recent new technologies, she had computer classes. However, the computer classes were still lacking, and she was taught how to search things and how to change the wallpaper on the desktop.
While in middle school, something came over her. She started having an interest in Politics. She wasn't interest in politics that involved topics like leadership, elections, scandals, or international affairs, but rather, the topic of diplomacy. She honestly found it interesting how nations could contact other foreign governments and start interacting more often. Before this, she thought of countries only keeping to themselves and being isolated, but now she knew that it was not the case. Countries interacted with one another, organizing trade and discussing important information. She liked how important it seemed, as governments were very important groups of people, according to what she thought at the time. She thought of doing that herself, so she decided to study more into politics. As a back-up course in case her idea of politics couldn't happen, she studied and focused into economics, also enjoying learning about that subject.
A Change in Her Life(1989-1997)
Before she finished middle school, something drastic changed her life. For the past decade, her father, Jayter Arwit, had been learning about the stock market and how to invest. He invested in numerous sectors, such as upcoming technology companies and in real estate. It had been slow progress during his time of investing, and he was about to quit, when something major happened. In 1989, just before Niko finished her middle school years, the stock market saw a drastic change, skyrocketing in technologies. A private company had a breakthrough in their technology science, and made more advanced digital devices. The year of 1989 saw the release of digital smart phones across True Europa State. Tech stocks skyrocketed, and seeing as how Jayter Arwit had many stocks in technology companies, he had massive profit , seeing his savings go through the roof, and the money he had saved in stocks over the years suddenly made the Arwit family rich. They were able to move to a villa with two stories, a garden, and see improvements to the furniture in their house. They could now afford many more things that they previously didn't have the luxury to buy, so they started enjoying their newly found wealth.
With their wealth, they were able to put Niko into a high-class highschool in Helixoro, and she became even smarter. She continued her studies in Economics and Politics, but she also studied important topics such as Math and Physics. She personally didn't really enjoy learning Chemistry, so when she had the opportunity to drop Chemistry when she switched to high school, she took the chance and left the class. Through focusing in class and studying at home, she aced her classes and exam. She had trouble balancing her school life and social life, but she was lucky enough to have really good friends throughout high school and was able to spend time with them on the weekends, when she was free. By the end of her school year, she was able to compete for valedictorian, and was accepted into numerous universities. She settled on the Jenret University of Economics, and began her studies.
Niko found university to be much more difficult than high school. She came close to failing a few of her classes, alongside all of her classmates. At one point during her second year, she had 2 different tutors to help her study, and she had to abandon her social life to complete university. Thankfully, she passed with flying colours, and on her graduation night, started looking for jobs that were related to politics. At the time, in order to become somebody of high power in the government, like a minister, you had to win a vote, so she got started on making a name for herself.
Politics and the Secretary(1997-Present)
Throughout the next 7 years of her life, from the age of 22 to 29, she got herself involved in politics. She released papers and published a book. She was slowly able to gain a reputation, and after 6 years of hard working, she became well-known throughout True Europa State. In 2004, she was about to start writing another paper when she learnt of the unfortunate death of the Secretary of State Affairs. Niko initially disregarded the news, but then she remembered the time in middle school when she was interested in the diplomacy between countries, the reason why she got involved into politics in the first place. Remembering this, she became determined to get that job. In order to become the secretary, you had to win the election that was decided upon by the citizens, so she submitted her application, and began her campaign. At first, it was difficult and there were 4 other competitors for the job, but by taking out loans, she was able to get more funds for her campaign, and when it came down to the vote, she had won the election, being the most liked, as well as the youngest, with the other competitors being older men in their 50s.
From then on, for the next 18 years, she was the Secretary of State Affairs, and eventually did the same for the newly established Klementonian Government in 2021, when she met Kiara Fortuna who became the new leader. They became good friends, and eventually, she met the 3 Generals of the Armed Forces, and they all got along well. With the 3 of the Generals, she would be alongside them at international affairs, being the main diplomat to meet with important people from foreign governments. She was finally able to live her dream life, and to this day, she still loves the work that she does.

A friendly person in nature, Kristen Render is a very enjoyable person to be around, enjoying the life around her, but keeping in mind to focus on her work when she is doing important tasks, such as organizing rations, or drafting war plans. Beginning of her life(1985-1996)
Born in the same city as Lucien Percival, Helixoro, Kristen Render is the daughter of Jacob and Claudia Render, their first daughter, and she would soon be the elder sister to her younger brother, Derik Render. For the first 11 years of her life, she attended a private elementary school, being born into a family that was more on the rich side of society in Klementonia at the time. She became well aquainted with friends there.
Eventually, she joined a minor sports team in the later years of being in that elementary school, the girl's football team, in an effort to become more athletic. From this, it birthed a special liking to football and running, and she continued to stay in that team until she left elementary and went into 6th grade. She would continue to like football until the present day, where she still watches football matches on the television.
Middle school and High school (1996-2002)
When she joined middle school, one of the first things she did was to sign up for the girls football team. She loved it so much in elementary that she wanted to directly try out for the football team in this new school. Later the next week, she went to the football trials, and by proving her skill, she was easily accepted. Succeeding, she became known as the athletic girl in her class and grade, always attending matches and training her skills.
Unfortunately, this mentality ended when she reached the 9th grade, and went into High school, due to the increasing amount of homework, and increasing difficulty of classes and exams. She had to leave the football team to focus on her studying. She became smarter during this period of time, and in this period, she developed a love for history, taking interest in historical warfare tactics, and finding historical battles interesting to study on. It was also during this time period, that she realized her sexuality, and started liking girls more than boys, eventually coming out at lesbian/gay at her graduation, receiving supportive cheers from the crowd.
Joining the military(2002-2003)
After graduating High school, a problem developed. She realized that she wasn't getting accepted into any major universities, that were specialized in the classes and majors that she wanted to take. From this, she made the decision to take a 1 year break from her education, using that year for other things. In that time period, she decided to briefly join the military, and went to undergo training for a few months, to become specialized in military training. She became stronger when she joined basic training, and learnt how to use rifles, to which she was suprisingly good. She became accustomed to using a bolt-action rifle, and she decided that she wanted to use the bolt-action rifle as her main weapon. Training results in mock battles showed that she performed the best when utilising a bolt-action rifle rather than automatic rifles. Due to her skill displayed in her training, her superiors gave her permission to use a bolt-action rifle.
After blood, sweat, and tears, as well as hard work and dedication, Kristen finally finished her training, ranking as the best amongst her battalion. However, just as she was packing her clothes and accessories to leave, she was approached by a high ranking officer, a uniform she didn't recognize. She was offered a position in a government organization with high pay, but operated in high secrecy. She decided to accept the job, eager to start working. When Kristen was accepted, she was immediately taken away from the training camp and put on a military truck, heading to an outpost in a deserted area. It was here that Kristen started work for the secret government program, Operation Helios, a program dedicated to tracking the movements of citizenry and scanning for potential terrorism. When Kristen arrived to her site of operations, she was given a high position, having her own divison to command. Her duties were to track for crimes being committed in the nation for national security.
Betrayal & War(2003-2009)
While serving in Operation Helios, she had come to learn many things about what she was doing. She had to command her Security Division to track crimes, through the use of mass surveillance. They would have to tap into cellphones, laptops, and security cameras to find evidence of anything. On a weekly basis, she would find around 3 people of were guilty of suspiscious behaviour, and she'd report their names and identities to the Information Division. With each capture, she was becoming more and more popular at her site, eventually being promoted to site manager in 2006. At first, she had enjoyed her job. She was proud to be capturing and reporting criminals for the safety for the nation. However, she had started noticing discrepancies in what she did. Although she was stationed and living at the site, she still had access to the Internet. It was becoming disturbing how she saw the rise of missing person reports. The largest shocker to her was when she recognized a name on a missing person report, a name that she identified and reported while on duty. Kristen had a moment of realization when it hit her that she was causing the disappearance of people, and were most likely getting them arrested or killed.
After realizing this, she became determined to stop Operation Helios. In 2008, she started gathering as much evidence and images as she could, saving reports and official documents to private storage devices. Eventually, she had found a plan to escape and publish everything, which was to steal an aircraft at night and publish everything using the aircraft’s mobile connection. For the next month before her escape, she continued to gather evidence and documents, whatever she could take to prove the existence of Operation Helios. Finally, the time came to escape. She took off towards the site’s airfield, and took command of an aircraft. In order to not raise suspicion, she gave the excuse that she needed to deliver documents to another site personally. It was only a few hours after takeoff around 2AM, that she was able to publish everything safely, being far enough away from the nearest site that she wouldn’t be in danger.
What soon followed was chaos for the government. Despite their best attempts at censoring the information, it spread much too quickly for the government to contain. The public rioted, enraged by the operation. At the time, the government was incredibly authoritarian and held a tight grip over the nation. Tensions were already high in the nation, and what happened with Operation Helios only acted as the lighter to the powderkeg. Within days, the nation fell into civil war, with civilians arming themselves with guns and weapons to fight the military. During the fights, the current dictator, "Trevor Gerled" was killed when a group of armed fighters ambushed a military convoy attempting to secure Trevor Gerled's safety. After the dictator was killed, the rebels continued fighting for the next month, until the military was successfully expelled from the capital. With a declining lack of organization and superiors, the military had no choice but to surrender. Soldiers were ditching their guns and running, as well as most superior officers being killed in combat and ambushed. They no longer had the capability to fight against the majority of the nation.
With the surrender of the military, the civil war had ended, successfully toppling the authoritarian regime of Trevor Gerled. After a new, democratic government was formed, Kristen Render was awarded the position of General of the Army, for her military experience and her support in exposing the government.
Finding love (2014-2015)
While she was working in her newfound military position, she found a girl that she found to be beautiful, Jessica Clarinda. She asked for her phone number, and the next day, they both went on their first date as a couple. They went out every week after that, with Kristen eventually falling in love with Jessica. 6 months into their relationship, they moved in together to the same house, and 11 months into their relationship, just a month before their anniversary, Kristen proposed to Jessica, and the couple got married.
They hastily prepared a wedding, inviting relatives and friends close to them, and celebrating their marriage together. For the both of them, it was the happiest they've ever been in their lives. Unfortunately, Kristen had to return to her duties as General of the Army, but they were able to enjoy their honeymoon with zero distractions.
Coming to the present, in 2023, she currently lives happily with Jessica Render, who took after her name, and the two are considering raising a child through adoption. She remains happy with her life and her position as General of the Army, relaxed with the good work she's doing for the nation.

Going from an ordinary kid with ordinary goals in life to the Naval Admiral of the fearsome naval branch of the Klementonian Armed Forces, Lucien Percival is a cheerful and nice man, despite his looks giving off the impression of a strict and serious personality. Lucian is a person with free beliefs and enjoys the feel of the breeze of the sea, hence why he chose to advance ranks down the naval branch of the Armed Forces. At work, he has a consistent serious manner, taking his work seriously and never failing his duty, but at home, he cares lovingly for his wife, Larissa Percival, who took after his name. Beginning of his life (1990-2001)
Lucien Percival was born in a private hospital in Helixoro, the first son of Harry and Lucy Percival. He was taken home, and lovingly cared for. His parents put him in the best school they could afford, a private school by the name of 'Ternil International Academy', or 'TIL' for short. He stayed here until his middle school years, and while learning at TIL, he lived an ordinary life, enjoying hanging out with his friends on the weekend at each other's houses, balancing his studying and game time, and occasionally drawing, which he liked to do.
Lucian Percival enjoyed his life this way, doing things that any normal kid would do. He wasn't like Kiara Fortuna, who was studying most of the time. He honestly preferred playing games with his friends and playing on the street rather than studying. It was one time while hanging out with his friends did he meet a girl by the name of Larissa Algerna, and the two became best friends, until they seperated when they moved to the 6th grade
Middle School and High School (2001-2008)
After making it to middle school, he set about making new friends, and by the end of the first school week, he made friends with most of the class, getting a good reputation as a good person overall. In middle school, he struggled studying, having to study more difficult subjects than he did in elementary, such as algebra and physics. He was just making good progress on studying when he fell ill within the first 3 weeks of school, catching a disease that was spreading around Klementonia at the time, which had a high casualty rate. He had to take time off of school for 3 weeks, staying at a hospital where he was cared for, until he eventually healed and returned back to school.
His reputation stayed more or less the same until he graduated high school in 2008. In the final year, he had sent out numerous application letters to some of the nation's top universities, and after checking, it was seen that he didn't get into the top university, but got into a good enough university that could land him a high paying job anyway, so he graciously accepted it.
University (2008-2011)
Upon reaching his university campus, he discovered that the girl he was best friends with during elementary, Larissa Algerna, was also attending the same university. They caught up again, and returned to their good friendship. They stayed that way until finally, 2 months later, he asked her out on a date, and she said yes. After that, they continued dating for a long time.
In university, he struggled with math, and economics. Lucien Percival had planned on doing something related to economics, but he didn't know. He searched for potential jobs, but no results interested him. Unsatisfied, he continued going through university, studying as hard as he could, while maintaining a good friendship with those close with and around him. In 2011, he finally finished university, finishing rather quickly. Still not knowing what to do with his life, he decided to join the military, to do training. He stayed in training for the regular amount, but then he was sent an application letter to the navy, asking if he wanted to join. Unsure, he accepted, and went into the naval branch of the military, pursuing a military career.
Naval Career (2011-2016)
After joining in 2011, he staying in the navy, training hard alongside his crewmates on cruiser he was stationed on, coincidentally named after the city he was born in, the USR Helixoro, and operated in wartime practice operations for further training. He would eventually rise through the ranks as an experienced sailor, proving himself to be an experienced gunner, then a supervising officer on the ship. In wargames with other fleets, he was able to often sink many ships, having sunk a destroyer and a cruiser.
Eventually, after 5 years of serving on the USR Helixoro, it unfortunately sunk in the middle of one of the nation’s wargames. It was a huge loss to Lucien Percival, who loved the ship as if it was his own child, and everybody else on the ship felt the same. The USR Helixoro protected them so many times in the past, and defying odds by staying afloat on the surface, until it was repaired and ready for combat. After they were rescued, they were given shore leave for a month, and he returned back home with Larissa. When he got home, he was suprised to see a letter addressed to him, learning that he was a candidate for the position of Naval Admiral. He honestly didn't know why, because all he did was operate on the USR Helixoro and sink a few ships, but apparently, that was enough for High Command to consider him a worthy replacement.
A Trusted Bond (2016-2021)
After missing Larissa, he finally got to return home to visit her. They both missed each other, and they wanted to see each other again. When he got home, he made the choice to propose to her, and planned the perfect night to propose. He waited until it was her birthday, and said that he had a big birthday suprise for her. When she asked, he got down on one knee, and propose, to which she happily said yes through tears.
They made plans to get married, and High Command granted him extended leave, to hold his wedding. His and her parents attended, as well as their friends, and they finally got married. After they got married, Lucien Percival got another suprise, receiving notice that he was accepted for the promotion, and he would operate in the naval branch of the Klementonian Armed Forces as the Naval Admiral, to which he almost fainted due to both happiness and shock.
Every since then continueing to the present day, Lucien Percival has lived a happy life, at the age of 30, married, and operating at one of the highest ranks in his nation, the Naval Admiral of the naval branch of the Klementonian Armed Forces, with no aims to pursue a different career, finally satisfied with his life and his career choice.

Risen from a poor background on the streets of Aekon, Aurore Mika is serving as the Airforce General for the Klementonian Air Superiority Force, working for the nation of Klementonia, wearing a nice face to cover but hides her true intent behind her feelings. With goals of serving the nation to the end, she is a patriotic officer, with aims to enhance the military force of the airforce, planning to equip the fighters with better technology, suiting them better for aerial combat. She believes that the airforce has the most potential to break havoc and destruction over the globe, able to be equipped with weapons of mass destruction, believing in a doctrine that breaks about strategic destruction to ground and naval forces, utilizing all aspects of the airforce to further maximum damage
Beginning of her life (1996-2006)
On the 27th of April 1996, Aurore Mika was born, in a public hospital somewhere in Aekon. It is unknown who her parents were, for she was unfortunately abandoned by them, not yet ready to take on the responsibility of bringing up a child, as well as the problem of facing financial issues. The hospital kept Aurore Mika in a special treatment zone for a week, until they had to give her to an orphanage, Orphan's National Care and Treatment. On the 4th of May 1996, she was taken to the orphanage, where she would stay for the next 10 years of her life.
Some of the earliest reports on her file show that she was a very disorderly child, refusing to obey orders from the caretakers working at the orphanage. One report details an event where she had thrown a bowl of soup because another child spat in it. When she was offered for a new bowl, she threw it at the kid directly at the face, getting her soup on him and soaking his clothes. For this event, she was denied the ability to play at the orphanage's playplace for the next 2 days, to which she had grumpily accepted.
When interviewed to get details on her file, the caretakers admitted that she was a very logical child, but took things to the extreme, hence throwing the soup. She had always thought of things in a very logical manner, believing in actions and their proper consequences, and making choices not based off of personal want, but personal need. There was only one exception to this behaviour when she had taken a new teddy bear over eating a fancy meal for the night. Her behaviour was consistent during her 10 years at the orphanage.
The Runaway (2006-2010)
Life was normal at the Orphan's National Care and Treatment facility. The children had just ate dinner, and were put to sleep. On a routine check, Caretaker 'Mary' was checking in on the kids' beds, making sure they were all asleep. Upon checking the beds, she noticed that one of the kids were missing, Aurore Mika. Confused, she went to check the toilet nearby, where the children could go if they needed to go to the toilet in the night. She knocked on the door, and asked if Aurore was in there. Upon getting no response, she gently knudged the door open, to find that it was empty. With panic running through her, she notified the other caretakers that Aurore Mika had gone missing.
They silently raised an alarm, searching through the entire facility, on the search for Aurore Mika, checking all the rooms and bathrooms, in a desperate search for her. Running through the hallways, Caretaker 'Josephine' was looking for her, when she saw that the orphanage's main entrance was slightly open, with cold wind blowing in. On the verge of tears, she called in that the main entrance door was open, and that Aurore Mika was still nowhere to be found.
She had fled the orphanage. About a kilometer away now, Aurore Mika was walking through the streets, panting heavily, clutching a blanket around her shoulders. She didn't know herself why she ran, but she had an instinctive feeling that she had to go. Over the years, she felt increasingly trapped, with a feeling of despise towards the orphanage, wanting to leave. When she noticed that the Caretakers were late in their routine, she decided to flee the facility that night, leaving her room, sneaking through the hallways, and running out the front door as fast as she could. Thankfully, she had the thought to take her shoes and blanket with her, so she wasn't in a totally hopeless situation. It was fine for now.
Except it wasn't. She was going hungry, and it was the middle of winter, with light snow covering the ground. She had no way to earn money nor to buy food. She would live on the streets for 4 years, going through struggles of finding food, earning money, and having a place to sleep. Impressively enough, until the day that she'd be found in an allyway, she'd manage to make a makeshift house out of a large quantity of cardboard, taking residence in a large ally. In this little house, she'd even managed to put up small decorations to her own liking, which showed that she had initiative to survive by herself.
Beginning of her career (2010-2015)
When she was found, she had grown to the age of 14, still living on the streets. On the 26th of July 2010, officers of the Klementonian Armed Forces walking through the street found Aurore Mika living in her cardboard box. They approached her, to which she had a welcoming attiitude, partially fearing them, due to their rank and social status. When they asked her what she was doing on the streets, she told them quite openly and honestly about her life, and about how she ran away from an orphanage, and what she had been doing for the past 4 years. When they asked about how she lived, she told them an impressive feat, about how she set up a trading system with numerous stores, with her being the middleman, organizing sales, discounts, and a mix of advertising their shop on the street, and directly selling their product on the street, to get the customers interested in the store itself, so she could get a small unofficial wage from each store so she could buy food. This truly made the officers think that she had good capabilities.
They then asked her if she had any interest joining the military as a career, to which she could be supported with good food, clean and warm beds. She was about to accept their offer when she realized the consequences, and how she'd have to go through training as normal soldiers as usual, forcing her to work. Remembering her position, she accepted their offer, and joined the military officially. She was taken to the nearby barracks, and started asking her questions, and taking down notes, such as her height, weight, and physique. She was asked what branch of the military she had interest in, which made her think. She remembered looking at the sky numerous times on the street, seeing planes soar across the sky, and wishing to fly with it. She firmly answered that she wanted to join the airforce, getting a reaction from the officers, because in cases like these, people usually chose the naval branch.
Ranking up (2015-Present)
For the last years of her life until the present day, she'd work in the airforce, slowly racking up enough hours in the sky, and veteran experience in aerial flight and combat, to start ranking up. Loving the thrill of flying in the sky, and doing maneuvers in the air, she put as much effort as she could into training and flying, catching the eye of her superiors and becoming elligible of a promotion in rank. Increasing her hours in the sky, she became famous within the airforce branch of the Klementonian Armed Forces, being seen as a lucky rookie at the beginning, but soon gaining the respect of her peers and being seen as a veteran and legendary pilot, before eventually being seen as the Airforce's Ace pilot, seen as the head of the Klementonian Air Superiority Force in the public's eye.
Due to her fame as the Airforce’s Ace Pilot, she was invited onto many talk shows to share her experience of flying in the sky in a military jet. She was enjoying her fame and living her life. After living on the street for her childhood, this experience for her was a miracle, one that she made sure to enjoy. However, a tragedy befell her. Just like any other day, she was in training amongst some new recruits, teaching them how to dogfight. They were doing routine runs in a government-owed plot of land, practicing making strafing runs on a ground target. When one of the recruits were shooting, he started panicking at the sight of the ground rapidly approaching. Only being able to pull upwards at the last second, she was forced to make a crash landing, surviving with major injuries.
With her no longer operating in the skies, High Command finally chose her as the replacement for the Airforce General, condemning her fate to being grounded. To this day, she still occasionally flies in the sky in the latest fighter, going at ludicrous speeds, and living the life of thrill that she loved.

During the days of the Constan Trading Outpost back in 3550 UC, it was normal that, amongst other goods, fruits and vegetables were most commonly sold amongst the vendors. Some of the best sales were apples and cabbages, being both affordable, plenty in supply, and a delicious food. However, above all, the most wanted fruit was the clementine, an exotic food that was seen to be the highest point of society. Clementines were often regarded as a sign of respect, with people serving clementines to honoured guests in their homes. As the years passed, clementines remained as the Constan’s highest selling good. As the nation’s official language and culture at the time was Greek, it was also referred to as ‘Klementonia’.
It was only in the year 3800 UC that the clementine came to the spotlight. In that year, the current monarch, Klementonis the Third, had renamed the nation to the Klementonian Empire. The reason why this was a poor decision among the people was that it wasn’t liked to have the clementine associated with imperialism and politics. Thus, it marked a shift in the usage of the word. As history passed, with the fragmentation of the empire and the reformation of the modern nation, the name ‘Klementonia’ stuck. As such, the nation’s history is closely linked to clementines, the best selling fruit during the days of Constan.
