Thought Obliteration

Thought Obliteration is a horrifying totalitarian government from a spacial dimension that seems to run parallel to our own timeline. The government practices total destruction of independent thinking in the public, the extermination of political threats, and the collective destruction of moral concern. Its goal seems to be gaining total control over nature and the universe at large. It methodically and maliciously pursues all known fields of study under a doctrine of "Transgressive Theory". A hideous revelation on its own, this doctrine uses gruesome human experiments and industrialized mass murder as a means for exploring human body augmentation and weapons of unmatched destruction.

It should come as no surprise that reports of atrocities committed by Thought Obliteration have been numerous. Through its clandestine military operations and civil services, select portions of its population have been poisoned, firebombed, starved and infected with augmented diseases. Intense brainwashing and tight control of information channels have prevented any resistance.

Through mechanisms unseen, its influence spans multiple galaxies, terraforming entire solar systems into new colonies and newfound pools of resources. All activity is centrally planned, though the leadership is mysterious and vaguely defined as a "subdivision". Little is actually known about the government's history and inner workings. However, through the inhabitants of its dimension sharing occasional nightmares with our own, more knowledge is being ascertained, albeit slowly.
