Sir Oswald Ernald Mosley of Ancoats, 6th Baronet (16 November 1986 is a British politician who rose to fame in the 2010s as a Member of Parliament and later in the 2020s became the 1st President of the Europe a Nation. Mosley inherited the title 'Sir' by virtue of his baronetcy; he is the sixth Baronet of a title that had been in his family for centuries.

Early Life

Mosley was born on 16 November 1986 at 47 Hill Street, Mayfair, Westminster. He is the eldest of the three sons of Sir Oswald Mosley, 5th Baronet, and Katharine Maud Edwards-Heathcote, daughter of Captain Justinian H. Edwards-Heathcote of Apedale Hall, Staffordshire. He has two younger brothers: Edward Heathcote Mosley and John Arthur Noel Mosley.

The family traces its roots to Ernald de Mosley of Bushbury, Staffordshire, in the time of King John in the 12th century. The family was prominent in Staffordshire and three baronetcies were created, two of which are now extinct. His five-time great-grandfather John Parker Mosley, a Manchester hatter, was made a baronet in 1781.[6] His branch of the Mosley family was the Anglo-Irish family at its most prosperous, landowners in Staffordshire seated at Rolleston Hall near Burton upon Trent. His father was a third cousin to the 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne, father of Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon the wife of Prince Albert, second son of King George V eventually becoming King George VI. Elizabeth reigned as his Queen from 1936 to 1952.

After his parents separated he was brought up by his mother, who went to live at Betton Hall near Market Drayton, and his paternal grandfather, Sir Oswald Mosley, 4th Baronet. Within the family and among intimate friends, he was always called "Tom". He lived for many years at his grandparents' stately home, Apedale Hall, and was educated at West Downs School and Winchester College.

Mosley was a fencing champion in his school days; he won titles in both foil and sabre, and retained an enthusiasm for the sport throughout his life.

Leadership

Acting Presidency (March - June 2031)

On 13 March 2021 Oswald Mosley was appointed Acting president of newly formed European Commonwealth by European parliament during enents of European insurgency. One of the first Mosley's acts was confirming Henrik Orbán as Prime Minister and signing new laws necessary for declaration of independence. His position was uneasy because according to constitution Europe a Nation would become parliamentary republic. National Part of Europe was in favour of presidential system and started lobbying for their idea. Regular elections were planned on 23 May.

While opposition was prepairing for election Mosley was using his position to give regular speeches to citizens, gaining popularity outside of the United Kingdom. He eventually won election in the first round with 64% of vote.

First presiedntial term (June 2021 - present)

The innauguration of President Mosley occured on 7 June 2021. He confirmed Henrik Orbán as Prime Minister. During August 2021 President Mosley was present during negotiations between EU and EaN. After 11 August terrorist attacks across Europe killing 300+ civilians mosley cut negotiations with EU and gave speech to EaN citizens accusing anarchsit group from EU of the attacks. Chairman of European Commission accused Mosley of lying and staging falseflag terrorist attacks declaring Europe a Nation criminal state and called for rebellion against EaN. This events resulted in short European Civil war.

During European civil war Prime Minister to the dismay of Mosley declared in his speech that Europe a Nation is calling for end of war and peaceful sollution of conflict, promising dissolution of EaN and promises refonstruction of former EU into an economic community. This led to military memorandum of 26 August 2021. Army too control over government, deposing Orbán acused him of treason and appointed Mosley as Acting Prime Minister.

Mosley at this time having close ties with Mekhar Asul Karlsson, CEO of the biggest european military-industrial concern MK Industries, signed contract with MK Industries for newest weapons that would help to win civil war. Karlsson was at this time acting Chancellor of Excgequer where he succeeded his father who died earlier in 2021. With modern weapon EaN defeated EU armed forces and signed Treaty of London, disbanding EU and announcind EaN as EU successor.

Mosley called for need of a new constitution and called elections to 2/3 of the Constitutional Convention. 1/3 was to be selected from members of the military and industry. Mosley's NPE party won the election, but did not gain the necessary constitutional majority and had to be supported by independent members of the convention by the military and industry. Mosley was criticized for leaving 1/3 of the convention indirectly elected and many parties boycotting the convention. Because of boycot the convention was not functional since it needed all members to vote. Gridlock lasted for months and Mosley's approval rating have fallen from 76% in November 2021 to 51% in April 2022. NPE was polling only with 30-35% which was more than 15% less than they got in constitutional convention election. In May 2032 Mosley promised democratic changes and boycoting members of convention agreed to negotiate. Constitution was drafted on 1 June and approved in constitutional referendum on 11 June that took place alingside with legislative election. NPE surprisingly won constitutional majority with 54% of popular vote. Constitution was approved with 67% votes in favour.
