Endorsing The Delegate

The World Assembly Delegate plays a major role in our region. Our current WA Delegate is to be nominated! Their job is to represent us in the World Assembly and on the international stage! To join the World Assembly simply just click this link page=un. When you join the World Assembly and endorse our delegate, you will gain privileges that non WA nations don't get. You will be apart of the World Assembly Ministry!

How can I help my Delegate??

There can only be one WA Delegate per region. The good news is you can be part of how the delegate votes. You can join the Ministery of the World Assembly. There you can write up proposals that the Delegate will help propose, advise the Delegate on how he or she votes, and having a say in the World Assembly!

How many Endorsements Can I Get?

If you endorse our Delegate to be nominated, you can receive the maximum amount of 4 Endorsements. If you don't endorse our delegate, you can only receive 2. The Senate reserves the right to raise the endo cap with a supermajority vote. By endorsing our delegate, you increase the Delegate's in the World Assembly by 1 vote. These endorsements are important because our region can Express itself when a major issue comes up in the World Assembly. It's not mandatory to join the World Assembly but its recommended.

The Delegate Program Mission Statement

The Ministry Of The World Assembly is to provide citizens of The Democratic Republic to have a chance to advise our Delegate on how he or she votes, help make proposals to submit to the World Assembly, and most importantly give you the a voice in our region!! The World Assembly Ministry wants you!!

The Bill's Purpose

This bill creates the Ministry of the World Assembly. The WA Delegate shall head the Ministry.
This proposal gives the Consul the right to appoint the WA Delegate if the position is vacant, inactive, or is removed from office. The following rules apply

  • The Senate must approve of the appointment with a supermajority vote.

  • The Delegate can only be removed by the supermajority of the Senate.

  • Convicted of a crime by the court.

  • Resigns or ceases to exist.

  • The Consul can dismiss the Delegate if they have proof of any wrongdoing or can prove they are a threat to the region.

  • The Delegate serves until one of the issues occurr as mentioned above.

The WA Delegate's Duties

The duties of the WA Delegate are as follows,

  • The head of the WA Ministry.

  • Serves as a member of the Election Committee to help the Founder.

  • Votes in the World Assembly GC, and SC proposals.

  • Maybe granted emergency executive authority if the founder ceases to exist. (The current Consul must call for an emergency vote if this happens. The Senate must unanimously approve the emergency proposal.)

  • Will be granted the RO powers of World Assembly, and Polls.

  • Cannot hold any additional office while as WA Delegate.

  • Can be removed by a Supermajority vote in the Senate or dismissed by the sitting Consul if they find actions that are in need of grounds for dismissal.

This act is intended to reform the role of the WA Delegate in TDR.
