The Eternal Skaro Zombie Kingdom of Inoroth is a titanic, safe nation, ruled by Vinchero Emanuel Vinchero with an even hand, and renowned for its keen interest in outer space, otherworldly petting zoo, and free-roaming dinosaurs. The compassionate, devout population of 20.928 billion Inorothians are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The medium-sized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Education, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Roth the Eternal City. The average income tax rate is 91.3%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Inorothian economy, worth a remarkable 4,150 trillion Roths a year, is quite specialized and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Information Technology and Tourism. Average income is an impressive 198,336 Roths, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Schoolchildren on field trips are asked what torture means to them, the only movement outdoors is of ramen-delivery drones, APCs on school runs disgorge kids via assault ramps, and birds and children's kites are regularly brought down by anti-aircraft fire. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Inoroth's national animal is the Rothian Phoenix, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Rothian Catholicism.

Inoroth is ranked 209,864^th in the world and 11,152^nd in Lazarus for Least Corrupt Governments, with 92.46 percentage of bribes refused.
