The Blin Qwehr'Ball Emfera of Tigrexia is a gargantuan, efficient nation, ruled by Ghost Tigrex with an iron fist, and notable for its ubiquitous missile silos, zero percent divorce rate, and compulsory gun ownership. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 12.786 billion Tigrexians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government is primarily concerned with Defense, although Law & Order, Education, and Administration are also considered important, while International Aid and Social Policy receive no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Mount Ghost. The average income tax rate is 97.3%.

The frighteningly efficient Tigrexian economy, worth a remarkable 3,200 trillion Credits a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a large, well-organized, fairly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing and Information Technology. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an amazing 250,323 Credits, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The new 'Things We Stole From Other Countries' exhibition at the National Museum of Antiquities is a hit, from the highest mountain to the deepest cave - one can always count on finding a good cell signal in Tigrexia, Ghost Tigrex has been declared supreme ruler for all eternity, and when flight control tells pilots to alter course the usual reply is "No, YOU move!". Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Tigrexia's national animal is the Granderian, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Gojinanity.

Tigrexia is ranked 189,029th in the world and 4,640th in Lazarus for Most Stationary, with 63.9536743474 days.
