The Empire of Thrashia is a gargantuan, safe nation, ruled by Empress Dheinelia Vera Nuruodo with an iron fist, and remarkable for its compulsory military service, frequent executions, and suspicion of poets. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless population of 48.195 billion Thrashians are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

The tiny, corrupt, well-organized government is effectively ruled by the Department of Defense, although Law & Order is also considered important, while Environment and Welfare are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Bastion. Income tax is unheard of.

The frighteningly efficient Thrashian economy, worth an astonishing 13,921 trillion Imperial Credits a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Uranium Mining, Information Technology, and Woodchip Exports. Average income is an amazing 288,852 Imperial Credits, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.4 times as much as the poorest.

The country's famous rainforests are being bulldozed by the mining industry, criminals are thrown to the Kebaross to repay their debt to society, high-income earners pay a 100% tax rate, and most of the military's funding goes into researching space-age weaponry. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Thrashia's national animal is the Kebaros, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

Thrashia is ranked 3,855^th in the world and 1^st in Star Wars RPG Group for Highest Average Incomes, with 288,852.07 Standard Monetary Units.
