I would like to note that I cleared them entirely early on, but then two people hit them with hordes midway through, which you single handedly cleared

We had quite a few people helping, but at different times.
We started well last night...once I had cure missiles, I focused on the nations with the most zombies to buy time for the cure to develop. I know some others focused on curing people who were asking for help or just whatever nation stood out to them I guess. Then I think everyone went to sleep and that's when most of our deaths happened.
I woke up this morning, a little surprised that we hadn't been completely overwhelmed, so I started again with the most nations, then once our Z-rating was negative focused on nations with the highest rate of zombification...keeping them alive while the cure had a chance to take effect. Over time our infection rate went down, and I know lots of people focused on mopping up the last of the zombies.
There are some nations I had to cure over and over again, probably a dozen times throughout the event...mostly high-population inactive nations. I have to admit, I'm glad I won't have to cure them for another year after that. xD
My favourite undead creature wait i just realized that Witches are fully alive. oops
Yeah, I kinda went around checking nations and their stats, and curing em. Either alone (with my puppet) or with someone else.
