Serbian RTV, Breaking News, Studio 8, Banja Luka,Republic Of Srpska And Herzeg-Bosnia

TV Host, Senad Hadzifejzovic:
"Good evening. A state of emergency is in our country. The Communist People's Militia has seized Rogatica and Sokolac. It has established its authority there. After half an hour of being seized by the Communist People's Militia, the 5th Kozara Brigade of The Republic Of Srpska Army starts releasing Rogatica and Sokolac. Now, TV Reporter, Milan Matic, will call us live over the phone. Milan, can we hear you?"

A few seconds later, a weaker voice began to sound. The sounds of bombs, bursts and artillery could be heard in the background of that voice.
TV Reporter, Milan Matic:
"I can hear you poorly. What you hear behind me are hard fighting in the Sokolac suburbs. 5th Kozara Brigade is constantly attacking. As we find out, the 7th Jahorina Corps has moved to the side of the Communist People's Militia and is currently based in Rogatica.Trapped police are also being detained in Sokolac. More in the next announcement."

TV Host, Senad Hadzifejzovic:
"Thank you, Milan. Now, live over the phone, we go to TV Reporter, Perica Simic, who is at the entrance to Rogatica. Perice, can we hear you?"

TV Reporter, Perica Simic:
"I can hear you. I'm at the barricades at the entrance to Rogatica. We are forbidden to enter Rogatica. But next to me is General of the 7th Jahorina Corps, Borislav Eric. Mr. Eric, why did you go to the Communist People's Militia?"

General Borislav Eric:
"First, to say that the Communist People's Militia is now called the Communist People's Army. The primary and only reason is the defense of this people and this country. Me and my soldiers will defend this city if attacked. We will not attack."

Suddenly, a soldier appears behind his back saying:
"Comrade General, there is a General of Crisis Staff, Mile Mrksic, on the line. Ask for an emergency call."

The general took the radio link and listened. He kept nodding his head affirmatively. He eventually turned to the reporter and said:
"I have now been informed that Sokolac has fallen. The Republic Of Srpska Army has entered Sokolac." The general turned and ran quickly.

TV Reporter, Perica Simic:
"You heard everything. Now, me and the cameraman will go for Sokolac, which, as you have heard, is The Republic Of Srpska Army. That's all for now."

TV Host, Senad Hadzifejzovic:
"Thank you to our colleague Perica. Now General Vlado Segrt has joined us in the studio. Mr. General, can you describe the situation in more detail?"

General Vlado Segrt:
"The situation is calming down. 10 minutes ago, we liberated Sokolac and captured 129 members of the rebel army. Unfortunately our 33 soldiers were killed while 55 of them were killed. You have heard from your colleague that the 7th Jahorina Corps, commanded by General Borislav Eric, has deserted. It makes the situation a little difficult, but if we continue at this pace we will finish the job quickly."

TV Host, Senad Hadzifejzovic:
"Thank you Mr. General. We have received new news. There are volunteers in Bijeljina preparing to go to the liberated Sokolac. That's all for tonight. Good night."

In Defence of Romanija

"All peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development." Thus states the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Yet, it seems, the nations of the world do not respect the rights of the Romanijans - just as they had not done for the Jewish People.

President Djuro Pucar is the modern Joseuf Stein. Just as the nations of the world ignored Jewish struggle for a nationstate within Shtet, they now reject Pucar's and the Romanijan struggle for their nationstate away from imperialistic Serbs.

It is also not surprising to see the anti-Jewish cosmopolitan Bund shy away from supporting Romanija. The Bund has long abandoned their supposed Steinist rhetoric of cultural sovereignty and regional pluralism in favour of the West's imperialist and globalist ideology. The Jewish Home, however, asserts the right of the Jewish nation for an independent state and cultural sovereignty, and extend this belief to all G-dly nations of the world, including Romanija.

The Jewish Home stands with the people of Romanija.

We do not dismiss the right of a nation to seek independence. We only discourage violent conflict. We join in the call for a diplomatic Solution and a cessation of violence. However, we can not support any cause that refuses any meaningful diplomatic Process before resorting to violence.

we call on all parties to stand down and withdraw to a distance from one another and a Third-party mediated process to begin at once. The Communist Party Independent Wallachian Red Guard regiment and Holy Guard of the Church of The King In yellow have offered to serve as a joint observer and peacekeeping force to provide security, humanitarian aid and ensure that splinter groups an rouge forces do not disrupt the peace process.

These Civilian Militias do not owe direct allegiance to The Valkiir self-defense force, They are neither an official arm of the government or a mercenary militia and have offered assurances that they will act in good faith to separate belligerents and protect civilians. we also suggest that nations wishing to see a peaceful solution also join in an international relief and peacekeeping operation under the authority of the Security Council, with the sole goal being to protect civilians provide mutual security to all parties, maintain a demilitarized buffer between belligerent parties, and prevent outside agitators and rogue actors from causing further conflict.

To aid in humanitarian assistance the Provinces of Wallachia and Marburg have opened aid centers on their borders with affected nations to offer temporary shelter for people displaced by the fighting and to offer humanitarian and medical aid to those injured in the fighting. All individuals, regardless of their affiliation or allegiance, seeking aid will be disarmed and placed under the protection fo the Valkiir Self defense force and will be provided temporary Asylum for the duration of the conflict.

individuals under Asylum protection will not be allowed to participate in any armed actions or to return to valkiir if they depart to rejoin fighting for either faction. Vlakiirs overseas provinces will not become refuges for armed fighters in the war, or a staging post for armed illegal combatants to stage operations.

be advised any individual under arms caught crossing our borders outside of reception centers will be disarmed and interned for the duration of the conflict. Any, and all armed parties, in our out of uniform, that resist or fire on Republic or Provincial forces will be treated as belligerent aliens and engaged with any and ll force needed to disperse, disarm, or detain them...including the use of military personnel and weaponry.

The export of weapons to involved parties is hereby suspended under our Neutrality Laws, non-weapon military use goods or war materials must be paid for in hard currency, and transported by the purchasing party without aid or assistance from Valkiiri sources. Humanitarian goods, food, medician, shelters, and civilian clothing, is exempt from restrictions and will be provided without regard to the allegiance of the purchasing party.

Ministero degli Affari Esteri di Ruvonia
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Città di San Filippo, Ruvonia

The Republic of Ruvonia deeply regrets the new escalation of tensions and violence that took place today in Rogatica and Sokolac.

As of today, and with the aim of protecting the integrity and security of the citizens of Ruvonia and to help travelers prepare adequately for what may be encountered on their trip, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a travel warning for the territories corresponding to the Autonomous Province of Romanija in the Republic Of Srpska And Herzeg-Bosnia and surrounding sectors discouraging any kind of trip to those places unless extrictly necessary. With this provision, all citizens of Ruvonia interested in traveling to these territories are urged to maximize precautions and report any inconvenience they may face with the Ruvonian embassy in Banja Luka.

Again, the Republic asks that diplomacy be given a chance, since, according to Ruvonia's understanding, if this conflict is resolved through violence, hundreds -if not thousands- of innocent people will suffer the ravages of a civil war, resulting in an unnecessary loss of life and a setback for the whole region.

Following Medoynia's process, Aressna will hold their national elections for all 21 seats allocated to the nation in early January 2020. A process for electing candidates was passed by the People's Congress wherein the country is divided by approximate population, and voting takes place in a preferential voting system.

Aressna's various political parties will look to focus their campaigns on certain areas of Aressna where they did not stand well in the last general election, many parties using this opportunity as a testing ground in the lead up to the general elections scheduled for later next year. The campaign will officially begin tomorrow.

Many universities hit hard by Caruana’s education austerity measures

The University of Liège system, funded with a mix of provincial and national funds, will be extending less offers of admission to secondary school graduates for the 2020-21 academic year while applications soar.

The University of Liège at Lille is by far the most popular campus but officials fear high levels of over enrollment that are plaguing other universities nationwide as the yield rate (the rate of students committed to attending over the number of applications received) grows, catching officials off guard.

Last year, the university over enrolled roughly 3,500 students causing the student-faculty ratio to increase and classes quickly filled up, leading to protests.

A unique solution to this situation, the University is offering a $200 devise monthly for four years stipend to students who defer their admission to another academic year.

Leipzig10 sentenced to prison time.

Last week, the 10 members of the anarchist organisation Leipzig10 were found guilty of willful damage of property, actual bodily harm, breach of peace, multiple acts of violence, threats against public authorities, and breach of traffic laws.

The currently issued sentences vary from between 12 months of community service to 2 years imprisonment, up to 27 months unconditionally. Further, 4 of the members have been fined a total of 530,000 shekels for violations of gun laws and daily fines in lieu of jail time.

Leipzig10 made news following their series of terror attacks on prison construction sites and kidnapping of banker Fritz Manhele. The group was also involved in a number of unauthoritised demonstrations between 2015 and 2019. In many of the demonstrations, the protestors damaged public property - primarily that owned by the police - and business locations.

The Procurator-General worked heavily in order to speed up the process of the trial - a move which has been criticised by justice groups - with the belief that an over-publicisation of Leipzig10 could stir up support for the anarchist organisation and encourage similar attacks in solidarity with the 10 prisoners.
Indeed, it seems he was right in his assumption, as only a few hours after the ruling was announced, a series of bomb threats were issued in every major city - many of which have been tied to anarchist groups which have cooperated with Leipzig10 in the past.

Police have been placed on high alert, Police Chief Reinstein announced, until the situation is deemed under control. Reinstein stated that while the general population has nothing to fear and that the chief has his full faith placed in the capability of the police force, "likely targets" will be granted additional security.

"The situation is complicated. We are currently being assisted by the 4th Zvornik Brigade. We are ready to launch a counter-offensive. The goal of that counter-offensive is to liberate the Pale. It is spread by the enemy army that Rogatica is occupied by them. It's an absolute lie ..."

Suddenly, explosions began. Chaos ensued. The General Veselin Sljivancanin shouted:
"Quick to positions! Hide civilians! Prepare the artillery!

Everyone was alarmed. They started to hide.
TV Reporter, Perica Simic reported loudly:
"We are checking out! The situation is alarming here! The enemy army's attack began ..."
Suddenly, an explosion was heard and the transmission stopped.

TV Host, Senad Hadzifejzovic called his colleague from Studio 8:
"Perica, Perica! Answer! As you see, the attack on Rogatica has started. I hope our colleague Simic is well. Goodbye."

we Strongly protest the use of artillery in or around civilian populations. its use is reckless and needlessly puts civilians at risk. We can not protest this strongly enough. Artillery used in urban settings can cause civilian casualties even if tightly targeted. Fires, broken gas manes, electrical fires, and other hazards are very likely in situations where artillery is used. Critical infrastructure is heavily damaged and can lead to loss of life due to exposure, improper sanitation, and contamination by harmful chemicals and substances released into drinking water by artillery fire. Even after 20 years of peace, Valkiiri are injured every year by undetonated artillery shells fired during our civil war and disturbed by farming, or even children playing in a park and stepping on a still live round.

We insist that artillery not be used by either side when in close proximity to civilians, we will take steps if blatant disregard for civilian homes, infrastructure, and lives is exercised by either party in the conflict.

National Council officially condems the Communist People's Army and declares support for Republic Of Srpska And Herzeg-Bosnia

Today, in a special session, the National Council of Ruvonia met urgently to discuss the issue of the current war in Republic Of Srpska And Herzeg-Bosnia. After almost 7 continuous hours of debate, and with the opposition of various radical sectors of the extreme left, the Council has approved the official condemnation of the actions of the People's Communist Army, together with the issuance of a declaration of support for the Republic Of Srpska And Herzeg-Bosnia and for The Republic Of Srpska Army.

Official sources have stated that the Council has been analyzing the armed conflict for several days without making it public, and that, despite the fact that the country defined itself as neutral in the conflict, the general opinion of the Council was always more inclined towards the rejection of the actions of the communist army. The recent death of Perica Simic, a reporter for the Serbian RTV television network was probably the last impulse the Council needed to finish shifting in favor of the authorities of Republic Of Srpska And Herzeg-Bosnia.

The new legislation provides for the total prohibition of the sale of any type of armament equipment to any person, company or institution linked to the People's Communist Army and the illegitimate government of the Autonomous Province of Romanija, the prohibition of the entry of these people to Ruvonia and the sending of economic aid to the government of Republic Of Srpska And Herzeg-Bosnia for its use in protecting its population against the communist army.

The proposal was approved by 137 votes in favor, 38 abstentions and 75 votes against. The legislature had the support of all the members of the Council belonging to the government party, the Partito Nazionale di Ruvonia, all of Partito Rosso and the majority of the Partito Verde, while the left-wing coalition Nuova Unione Alternative voted mostly against, although the more moderate sectors voted in favor. PAÍS abstained from voting and the only member of the Partito Comunista Rivoluzionario voted against and after the results were known, abandoned the Council's facilities, promising to "never enter this corrupt and ill-intentioned institution again"

Agenzia Statale di Stampa seends its condolences to Serbian RTV

Ruvonia's state press agency sends its deepest condolences to Serbian RTV and the relatives of the young reporter Perica Simic. From our agency, we consider acts committed against people who simply try to do their best work to lead a decent life with their families.

דער פאָרוואָרד
A review of 'Justice'.

I've recently visited one "anarcho-naturalist" kibbutz, located near the northern border in a truly densely forested area. Non-Naturalist Shtetans have always struggled to understand the most radical elements of our society, which have abandoned all industrial goods in favour of a total off-grid community.

Yet these communities are not nihilistic nor based on a program of negation. One positive project of these anarcho-naturalist communities is their total uprooting of our justice system.

While urbanites and non-Naturalists celebrate Shtet's legal justice framework, which has abandoned retributive justice in favour of rehabilitation - "distributive justice" - Naturalists still deem this to be too oppressive. Instead, they have looked to the societies of the First Nations for their framework of restorative justice.

I was lucky enough to experience this system first-hand. While I was staying in a housing unit in one kibbutz, a conflict between two other residents arose, the immediate resolution of which quickly became the focus of the entire household. The two people involved, who'll we'll call Jacob and Lilith, disagreed on whose turn it was in the rotating chore - another system present in these Naturalist communities - of kitchen duty. Lilith claimed it was Jacob's turn, while Jacob insisted it was the turn of a third individual, who away performing a veggie sale as part of his rotating chore schedule.
The household gathered in a circle, with the two main parties sitting across from each other. The circle then took turns explaining how the conflict has affected them, and Jacob and Lilith each took responsibility for their behaviour and apologised for all damages caused. Over the next several hours, during which members of the circle came and left, Lilith and Jacob - moderated by the members of the circle - decided on ways to put things right between them and looked for ways to avoid similar situations in the future.
The meeting ended that evening, shortly before dinner, and concluded with Jacob indeed taking the responsibility and the household setting up a board-calendar in the workroom which tracks everyone's duties through a circular rotation.

While I was sceptical at first of this system, and found it difficult at times to take it seriously, it did work to my surprise. The process was calm despite the tension in the air, and everyone behaved the way they would in a legal courtroom - total seriousness and professionality, though with the added warmth of family omnipresent in the house.

I spoke about the event with one of the other residents, who took the opportunity to explain the entire concept to me. He explained the oppressiveness of a State-imposed definition of justice, the inadequacy and passiveness of an adversarial system, "victory = justice" mentality, and described the anthropology of restorative justice in history. The whole talk was fascinating, and though I would love to describe it here, I have been pointed towards one of the kibbutz's academic publishers who wore extensively about the subject in his Anarchist Theory of Criminal Justice.

Restorative justice is a compelling concept, worthwhile exploring even in our non-Naturalist circles. Shtetan past has shown a tendency for us to adapt concepts like that in radical ways, spearheading new policies since the dawn of Bundism. Perhaps the Naturalist idea of reconciliation over justice is in our future, too.

"Good afternoon. There are heavy firefights on the Sarajevo - Zvornik highway. This morning, at 9am, The Republic Of Srpska Army attacked from the direction of Zvornik. The 5th Kozara Brigade is located 5 kilometers from Eastern Ilidza. General of The 5th Kozara Brigade, Veselin Sljivancanin, told for our television - "That by the end of the day, if all goes well, it will liberate Eastern Ilidza." From Sokolac, on the telephone line is Commander of Special Military Police "Sava Kovacevic", Major Milan Tepic. Mr. Major, can you hear me? "

"The situation is very difficult and complicated. In the fighting for Sokolac, 12 members of the Special Military Police were killed. 17 more casualties were wounded on the enemy side as well as wounded. The next steps are the movement towards Han Pijesak. We should move towads Han Pijesak in an hour. We should leave in an hour. The task is liberation.
If we liberate Han Pijesak then we are 22 kilometers from East Sarajevo. But it all depends on the help of the 5th Kozara Brigade, which is fighting hard for Eastern Ilidza...

Suddenly it was heard over the phone of a soldier: "Mr. Major, General of the 5th Kozara Brigade, Veselin Sljivancanin, is on line."

Major Milan Tepic:
"Excuse me Senad, just to answer the phone."
After five minutes of talking, he returned to the Serbian RTV telephone line.

Major Milan Tepic:
"Senad, General Sljivancanin has informed me that his brigade is retreating towards Rogatica. The enemy army has launched a counter-offensive. We are now moving to liberate Han Pijesak."

TV Host, Senad Hadzifejzovic:
"As you have heard, the situation is difficult. But one thing is for sure is that the Republic Of Srpska Army is in a better situation. Another info for the end. At 8pm tonight we will be broadcasting a documentary about TV Reporter Perica Simic. Goodbye."
