Hell yeah - Bengals at #21 despite being absolutely incapable of winning! As a Cincinnati native, I can assure you that they have looked better (at least on offense) better than their record would otherwise indicate

I'm a Steelers fan, so them being at 3 might be a bit biased. But I try to be as fair as possible, and the Bengals seem like they could have a bright future ahead.
