This, maybe check the image URL to make sure you haven't changed it in any way. Could be a broken link.
Coincidink - make sure the file format is original and compatible; PNG, JPG/JPEG are pretty much the standard formats.

I removed Arkley and Mortarwheel who were also removed from the Big Map, and added the division of the Wake Islands, as well as political veils to make the various nations stand out more prominently. As you can see there is a lot of empty space so if there are any new nations who'd like to settle down there and be active for a couple of years or so, you will be most welcome :)
