Mennan low caste people actually tend towards pretty chill personalities, they're generally pretty live-and-let-live. Lots of music, dancing, community oriented activities, surfing, etc. But the modern era has forced them into pretty crappy positions, especially the urban worker and warrior castes. The surfing really does distract them from lives of pain and toil.

Established in 1969 following a referendum in 1967, which gave Nhoor its independence, the Grand Principality of Razzgriz, officially the Grand Principality of Tásztłí, better known colloquially as Rázgríz, is a Federal Constitutional Dual Elective Monarchy in the Western Isles, based in the Iszkárí Archipelago between the Western Kavju and The Torangese Seas.The nation consists of 10 Bászá(t) or kingdoms, 4 Tászá(t) or territories, which include Doelá in Havalland, Háloptí in Martenyika the islands of Nátłmá, Uxkilć and TBD.
The Grand Principality shares maritime borders with Roendavar, Ainslie, and Townside to the west, Dothrakia to the north, as well as Cantonos and Corindia to the south as well as Athara magarat and San Montagna via the Bászá of Yítí. The most prevalent form of "-----" or casual language in the nation is Uszíān, a bastardized form of communication taking elements from Numć (old Uszíān), Aizir and Corinthi languages.
