Hello? New to nationstates. I made a nation for class years back and enjoyed it. This site randomly popped back up in my head when I was bored, and decided to rejoin. I'm looking for a good spot to relax and flesh out my nation? Other spots seemed rather dead.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

The RMB is not a chatroom where the other participants have to be present at the same time to communicate. It's more like a group e-mail or Facebook chat where the conversation can be had asymmetrically. No need to worry about whether the other person is online.

I wasn't saying it was a chatroom, I just want to meet everyone so I know who I will be working with in the roleplay. If that upsets you, than I'm sorry that it upsets you.
