THIS WEEK IN THE WEST

Exquisite Corpse is a collaborative poetry game. It is played by several people, each writing a word or a sentence on a piece of paper, folding it to conceal their contribution, and passing it to the next player. For our game, the folded paper will be a telegram to Exquisite corpse.

A number of the West Pacific's residents and allies have provided subject matters and sentence structures for each of the poem's stanzas. Be as imaginative as possible and we'll end the game with a strange, whacky, and possibly beautiful poem.

A theme and sentence structure will be announced today and the two following Sundays. The submission phase will end as the next weeks is announced.

Week of April 7:
Theme - "Dawn"
Structure - "Adjective, Noun, Verb, Adjective, Noun."
