Now I'll have to go and research the track list. :)

All Good People and Garatu

Hello friends and brothers. Together I say we make peace and order in a world that is chaotic and cruel.

*nods* Probably my favorite.

I always turn the volume right up (to 11) on the "Apocalypse in 9/8" section on "Seconds Out". Collins and Thompson drumming together - fantastic.

Weird question guys, is the income listed in your discription before or after your income tax?

Hmmm ... I don't know.

Saw Collins and Thompson together once. I have to say, Thompson was the better drummer, that night anyway.

Hello fellow residents of The West Pacific. c:
I haven't been very active in communicating with any of you, but I'm sure now that I am we'll get along great.

It would make sense that it is before tax.

Defnaught wrote:Weird question guys, is the income listed in your discription before or after your income tax?

Almost certainly before tax!

For us it is in the paragraph after the one which states income tax.

The tiny, corrupt, moralistic, pro-business, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Industry. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 6.7%.

The all-consuming Imperial Grand Drallian economy, worth 14.8 trillion Kronor a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Information Technology, Gambling, and Retail. Average income is an impressive 106,561 Kronor, but there is an enormous disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 640,328 per year while the poor average 8,011, a ratio of 79.9 to 1.

That's not a weird question. A weird question would be, "On a scale of 1 - 10, what flavour is your favourite colour of the alphabet?"

Zero

What is this thing you call 'income tax'? :)

Mediobogdum wrote:Maybe you have a dominant mouse gene?

Dominant mouse allele. Technically, all humans have the same genes, but it's the different alleles which make us unique.

For example, some of us have an allele which makes us pedantic, while others have an allele which makes us not pedantic, even though they're both the same gene. Unfortunately, since the allele which makes us pedantic is recessive, less and less people are pedantic nowadays, though there are still plenty of heterozygous carriers.

Now I wait for someone to point out that it's supposed to be 'fewer and fewer' instead of 'less and less'.

It's supposed to be 'fewer and fewer'  not 'less and less'.
:-p

Sorry about that.

In other news, Adblock Plus is being really inconsistent right now. I have set it so that 'Acceptable Ads' aren't blocked, but I'm seeing some ads that blatantly breach the guidelines. What's going on?
