- Shalik/High King of Skyrim/Brother in question is the child of King-Father&Imperial Prince Peter Septim of Skyrim and the late Queen-Mother Elorya Moorsley Septim of Skyrim.

-Ysyna did get trips to see her brother occasionally, albeit under heavy scrutiny, which probably ended up helping her and her brother's affections to grow in the interim as he [through a variety of life factors influencing his decision] ended up reciprocating.

-Ysyn finally gets to return to Skyrim for good when she becomes an adult, before long her and Shalik ended up secretly getting together and marrying in a private ceremony... Fast forward to the Twice-Royals having two kids and she being effectively Queen-Consort and officially his Court Mage, with their son being a Dwemer-in-all-but-blood and their daughter seeming to take to the Healer-Mage Archetype of her patrilineal grandmother albeit she's still to young for that to be concrete.

(Kat takes allot more after her dad than her mom[s], so much as to asking what is wrong with a decent part of the family along with her father, so I'd say the Empire is to be left in good hands.)

(Kat is actually ~69 [No crude jokes please.] years old at this point, so around the same general age range her father took the throne at. Plus, accounting for missing time from Val being dead and Dino raising his two kids with Lu, Dino and Val are on either year 49 or 50 of their marriage. Lastly the heir has to be of dragon's blood, Val isn't meanwhile Kat is of dragon's blood and Dino's eldest child.)

(Shalik and Ysyn's kids are pretty normal surprisingly enough, well as normal as members of the Septim Dynasty born to an incestuous couple within the Skyrim branch of the family can be anyways.)
(Car controls Kat, I would take the helm with her but I'm worried I might get something about her personality off... And that'd leave me controlling both her and her spouse, Prince Dmitri Nathanielo of High Rock, so not really anything to RP when those two are alone or when there's interaction to be had if I controlled both of them.)

All else fails a few hundred years down the line she can swoop up his dying self after Kat leaves him to bleed out when that time comes, save his life, and then after somehow convincing him to not try getting himself killed again she could have him with her for a long time if not eternally.)

(If you're in Florida and are hearing some really bad string instrument playing, it's because my balalaika came in the mail today.)
(Supposedly it was a souvenir from the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, but I couldn't find anything about it on the internet so I have no idea.)
(I found a tutorial for playing it online, in the form of someone's home video from the 80s. I'd forgotten about that sound cameras used to make when they zoomed in and out.)
