(Fantasy) Dunist would be ruled by a few Dragons who can transform themselves into humans. While humans they can still harness magic and some strength but not as the same extend as in their normal form.

They have almost a cult-like nation, in which the residents pray upon their gods for protection and guidance. Under the rule of these dragons however, the people live in peace and harmony, while not negleting the Dunistian Order as the Enforcer of the rules.

I could consider the Dunistian Kaiserreich would be settled in a connection of isles, more north of the mainland. They have mostly knowledge in magic, because of the benevolent dragons but can of course fight with proper military. Cavalry is only considerd out of scouts
