Apart from what has been said by my fellow Senators, I believe it is a good amendment.
Alright well, seeing as I both have no clue how to write it in an amendment, we're at the end of the term, and it's a pretty clear consensus y'all don't like increasing the minimum seats, I'll just change the bill without an amendment.

Section I - The Legislative branch of government, also known as congress, shall be a bicameral legislature. The lower chamber shall be called the House of Commons (also known as the Commons or simply the House) and shall consist of at least seven members of parliament (MPs). The upper chamber shall be called the Senate and shall consist of at least 5 senators. In order to expand or reduce the number of seats in either house, two thirds of both chambers and the region, in the form of a referendum, must approve of the expansion/reduction. The expansion or reduction must always result in an odd number of seats in a chamber.

May I say it has been an absolute pleasure to work with all of you. I apologise that the term has to end so prematurely, but we all deserve quite a long rest -- especially those of us that have been here for 4 months -- and especially with the recent events in Thaecian politics that have tired some of us out. Working with all of you has been an absolute dream and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.
I hope to see all of you successful in your future endeavours in Thaecia, whether that be retirement, the Executive, another term in the legislative, or elsewhere. See you again soon! o7

In an effort to tie up loose ends from any alternate timelines, I too am resigning from the Senate. It was an honour to serve in those other timelines but I do believe that if I managed to make it a full term without ragequitting then I wouldn't be resigning on the last day, so I might as well quantum cross and do it now.
