The Unity Pact (TUP) is a defence and economic alliance between nations of The South Pacific. The alliance is composed of strong friends and allies that work together on defence and economic-related issues and ideas. TUP has their own military force called The Unity Pact Armed Forces (TUPAF) which is comprised of an army, navy and air force. All nations part of TUP have a multilateral free-trade agreement between member states called the The Unity Pact Trade Agreement (TUPTA). Any nation that attacks a TUP member will be attacked by TUP. TUP will seek to support peace, free-trade, environmental protection, unity, and strong international relations in the TSP.

Try to support freedom and civil rights
Support free-trade between member nations
Support peace by taking part in peace-keeping missions and strong diplomatic relations
Build and maintain a strong military to increase defence
Strengthen international relations to deescalate global tensions
Take part in The Unity Pact Trade Agreement (TUPTA)
Work together on climate/environmental issues by signing the Treaty for Renewable Energy and Earth (TREE) by pledging to protect the environment by building clean energy sources, such as nuclear and solar

Try to maintain allies with the Pirates

Prime Minister: The PM is the leader and the ultimate overseer of TUP. They will start major votes for TUP and will appoint Ministers. They will also organize cabinet meetings with the Deputy Prime Minister and the Ministers. Records about members, voting records, military missions, embassies, etc. will be put in a fact book. They hold the most power in TUP. The PM will also create election polls. They will be elected every 3 months.
Ministers: These are the nations that will work in specific areas to help develop, strengthen and maintain TUP. Ministers will be elected every 3 months.
The Minister of Defence (MoD) will organize and develop military strategies, weapons, and missions for TUP. An example would be the MoD enacting a peacekeeping mission, international or liberation. Military ideas will be approved by the PM first.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) will seek diplomatic and military relations with outside nations, and strengthen and maintain relationships with our allies. They will be the main player at the A4 (The Allied 4) with the PM when meeting with the other alliance/political parties: Spoonist Defense Pact (SDP), South Pacific Union (SPU) and Pirates. Embassy requests must be approved by the PM.
The Minister of Civil Relations (MoC) will make sure the members of TUP are in accordance with the region rules. The MoC has the power to remove nations from TUP if they break the rules in TUP. They will also oversee the coordination and cooperation between member nations, to make sure TUP is truly united.
The Minister of Law (MoL) will help also help create rules for the region, but also make rules for policies and warfare, and others if needed. They will also sort of be the "judge" that will decide the punishments of rule breakers, in accordance with instruction from the PM.
The Minister of Records (MoR) will and store all records such as TUP records, MoD reports, etc in a dispatch calledd "The Time Capsule". This will help keep track of everything going on in TUP.
The Senators: The Senators are the rest of the nations that don't have a formal role.

Entrance Criteria
Based on Civil Rights, Economy, and Political Freedoms
Applicants should have a minimum of level 7 stats (i.e, Average Civil Rights, Reasonable Economy, Average Political Freedoms)
If applicants have a level 10 or higher Civil Rights or Political Freedoms, combined with a minimum of a level 7 economy, they may be able to join the Unity Pact
If applicants have an Economy between levels 10 and 15, ignoring the level of Civil Rights and Political Freedoms, they may be able to join the Unity Pact
It is encouraged for applicants to be democracies, but it is not mandatory

I find it funny that some nations are both part of TUP (An organization founded on support freedom, civil rights, and peace) and TNA (An organization made to promote TSP Nationalism, help partition weaker states, and to increase the militarism in TSP). Just find it interesting.
