Torian rebellion

The Torians are now at a state of localized war with the corrupt Fuchian government believing to be occupied by a yandere horde who answers only to a much higher authority called the Order of Love, the rivalry with the Tumvarians has halted due to a record low population by other forces before the Torians even did anything to them. Kazora Akinami, the rising princess of the continent is looking forward to a negotiation with neighboring Korevaria and its vassal state, the Republic of Kehmaa.

At the same time, Kazora requested the Tribunal of Toria to reveal her biography report, and within minutes pulled out a file containing her. She wants it released to the public as she's already being popular within the continent ever since she started adventuring around the age of seven. She had a birthday only days ago, and is old enough to act out her royalty duties despite not being an official monarchy.

Almost 90% of the whole population in Toria within the last decade knows the existence of a very young teenage princess, but no one outside of the parallel world even knew the origins about her, or her entire life story as a young heiress. The Tribunal of Toria has only recently looked into the biological report on Kazora's life, as requested by none other than the subject in question herself.

About Kazora Akinami:

Birthplace: Naoshi Shrine
Age: Just had a 13th birthday a couple of days ago
Height: Exactly 167 cm tall
Weight: About healthy, 51 kg
Eye Color: Purple-Red/Pink heterochromia with vertically slant blue irises
Ethnicity: 86% Japanese, 8% Lithuanian, 4% Celtic, 2% Anglican
Culture Beliefs: Survival and very protective of both races, the Lucians and Torians
Religion: 90% Shintoism, 10% Orthodox
Siblings: Kazora Kasumi and Kazora Noriko, both are older sisters aged 17 and 15, respectively
Notable People Met: Suzutsu Itsururi, her Torian counterpart dream guide among many others
Role: As the Torian counterpart of serving the needs of the higher-ups within Toria, she firsthand witnesses her "sister" race being nearly wiped out and its homeworld destroyed only five years ago in a dream. She vows herself upon taking a ceremonial long green rapier to seal said race's fate and to destroy all enemies of said race at the age of ten, but not acting upon her duties until just recently due to her strict apprenticeship under Suzutsu's master. She’ll often recite her words by using fairytale diction that was outdated, even going as far as to find her sister race's counterpart and assist in finishing up where they left off. She fights for peace so that future generations of both races in both universes don't end up having to fight.
Traits: Whenever someone does harm to her, she'll be passive-aggressive about it and using her smarts unlike her Lucian counterpart that acts very aggressively and with impulse in most cases.
Flaw(s): The destruction of the sister race's homeworld has brought absolute horror and shamefulness to both races, but no one else more important that matters than her as equally as her Lucian counterpart of the same name. The only way for her to resolve that tragedy of such scale is total vengeance.

As a rising modest girl who never left Toria but has a lively story full of residents she met, there's a lot going on as to the exact origins of how Kazora came to being, considering her mixed ethnicity from three different places where she got her inherited blood. The first of which goes all way to the north edge of Toria outside of most maps, where her parents were at the time perished while in slavery trying to flee by Elorean sentries. This meant that only three Kazoras were known to exist until now as orphans but knows the value of self-sufficiency within eastern Toria. The second place might be farther to the northwest where she used to visit a former fay domain to converse with a hobgoblin king but it almost got her killed when his minions wanted to burn her at the stake. Instead, she used her talents saying that she knew about fairies that once inhabited and performs such things, she even convinced him to experiment one of his kin at the stake to prove her innocence. Although successful at first, the hobgoblin nonetheless wanted them to try her anyway, but was intervened by her siblings during an adventure and rescued her from an untimely doom, killing the king, and secured the whole domain for what would then become present-day Tumvaria long before it became an aggressive state.

This however, for such an act of negligence towards her siblings in trying to explore every crevice of the parallel world has brought newfound bewildering from Noriko for not being close to her and being selfish, and to this day, she still has that resentment, holding a strong grudge against her wishes due to her "sibling complex". Kasumi on the other hand is a firm friend of her and would stand by her side whenever she is troubled, acting a bit motherly at times. Sometime around in recent years though, that forever changed when Tumvaria's old empire being the smallest in the world that was once peaceful collapsed in its entirety and quickly reshaped into a totalitarian state, growing larger along with their endless string of war crimes. Having the Torian race driven back nearly into the easternmost peninsula, all three learned that Toria was in grave danger; luckily, Kazora encountered a dream guide known as Suzutsu Itsururi, her age and other basic biometric data remains a mystery.

Suzutsu Itsururi

Like her, she's a wealthy waitress that has served the needs of many Torian customers but upon meeting her, she quickly became friends and takes up the role of assisting her in recognizing her lucidity state, even though she still maintains her exquisite outfit. Although at times she can be a bit blunt, she does express a friendly demeanor at best and very courteous around others in public. At the turning point of the recent internal strife rippling through the lands of Toria, Kazora takes it upon herself in returning to the shrine where she found a very odd but useful ceremonial weapon mysteriously crafted by a Celtic lunar-oriented cult she never even recognized, said to inflict blistering pains at night against its foes. Lastly, and even more complicated in explaining the true existence either has to do with her semi-pale skin, her strange eyes, or the clothes she wears. She probably got them from her parents when they traveled to various parts of the western lands but then did not make it. So the clothes was then transferred to the warden, who will then send it back to the brand company that made them and have it re-ordered by the siblings who then make the safe delivery to Naoshi through a long journey by ship. Her eyes tend to baffle even the most prestigious shrine caretakers, an unexplained "curse" placed on her from birth that almost turns her into a living weeping angel archetype, especially her left eye. Her skin was supposed to be tan, but Tsumawa, the living Goddess of Toria blessed her unnatural fair complexion on only one occasion, but she was likely born on a cloudy day with thunder rolling overhead but no rain coming down. She earned the handle right away as the "Rolling Princess", because she rolled around in her mother's arms during a thunder pass yet she didn't fall off nor scream.

As for the siblings themselves, Kasumi and Noriko though they are loyal to her, Kasumi is the oldest and has to look after the other two, especially Akinami, whilst Noriko is resentful towards Akinami and occasionally berates her for her selfishness and negligence of her on many occasions. Kasumi is a 3-year senior guild member of the Order of Vengeant Seekers, a guild tasked with taking down the most heinous wrongdoers responsible within the planet, but currently expanding their outreach to the other universe in which Kazora will soon join alongside her. Their lifestyles have so far yet to be documented in person by local or regional journalists.

Endorsement Days Challenge | January 2020
.
Greetings, South Pacificans--

Welcome to the Endorsement Days, round two!

For the next two days, the South Pacific will be celebrating giving and getting endorsements, just like we did back in November. Encourage each other, challenge each other, and let's see how far we can get! If you usually endorse a lot of nations but have gotten behind recently, now's the time to catch up; if you haven't endorsed anyone before, now's your chance to learn and try it out; and if you don't want to join the World Assembly on your main nation because you disagree with its policies, maybe now's the time to create a second nation to endorse with!

So... here's my challenge for you:

Over the next 48 hours, endorse as many nations as you possibly can. It's that simple. I'll record the numbers, and then put together the results. The winner -- whoever endorses the most nations, among nations in TSP before the beginning of the Endorsement Days -- will be announced just after the Endorsement Days are over.

P.S.: if you were in the WA at the time the event was announced, you will be disqualified if you resign subsequently and then rejoin, whether on your main nation or with a puppet.

P.P.S.: Yes, this is the same challenge as last time. I was thinking about switching it up and doing a different stat -- perhaps challenging people to get to 100% of nations endorsed -- but in the end I decided that this one made the most sense.

Wondering what the prizes are?
  • A telegram will be sent out to the entire region listing the names of those nations who win first, second and third place!
  • The regional World Factbook Entry will also list a congratulations to the winners!
  • For the top three place finishers, individual (digital) medals that you can display proudly in a forum signature, dispatch, or on your flag!

  • For the winner, a custom flag designed by yours truly, at your request!
  • The winner's national flag will be displayed as TSP's regional flag for a day!

This is all within your reach-- just endorse away! ^_^

-- How to join in the fun if you're:

  1. First, make sure you have a registered email for your nation. You can check this, or add one, in your Settings page.
  2. Second, go to the World Assembly page here and click the button that says "Apply to Join". It's up near the top center of the page.
  3. Follow the instructions the game tells you after clicking-- opening your email, accepting the confirmation, and so on. Once you're done, you should now be a member of the World Assembly! (Note: please don't do any of this if you already have another nation in the WA. Only one WA nation at a time!)
  4. Then, go to my nation page: Aumeltopia. Scroll down to the bottom and click the button that says "Endorse Aumeltopia". Congratulations, you've just endorsed your first nation! :)
  5. Now, head to the following dispatch:
    page=dispatch/id=1077661

Read through and follow the instructions listed there if you want to endorse more quickly. Then simply go through the list of nations to endorse and repeat step 4 for each one. The more you get through, the more likely it is that you'll win the contest!

  1. First, make sure you've endorsed me -- the WA Delegate. If you think you haven't yet, go to my nation page: Aumeltopia. Scroll down to the bottom and click the button that says "Endorse Aumeltopia". Congratulations, you've just endorsed your first nation! :)
  2. Now, head to the following dispatch:

Read through and follow the instructions listed there if you want to endorse more quickly. Then simply go through the list of nations to endorse and repeat step 1 for each one. The more you get through, the more likely it is that you'll win the contest!

If you've already endorsed a bunch of other nations, then you're basically a pro at this. You may have fewer nations left to endorse in these 48 hours, but you can definitely make up for that with dedication and expertise!

The SWAN nations to endorse list may be less helpful to you because you've already covered some of it, but don't worry-- you don't have to scroll through every page of the TSP census list to find nations you haven't endorsed yet. Just send me a telegram or message me on Discord (@Somyrion#8047) and I'll send you a list, with links, of all the nations that you're missing! Then, just scroll through and endorse each one of them!

Make sure to post a message or two on the Regional Message Board saying what you're doing and/or encouraging others to join in the endorsing fun!

Go TSP! Go endorsers, and happy Endorsement Days!! \o/ \o/

Aumeltopia
