Pebbles should NEVER be used for killing birds. (That's what wood chippers baited with birdseed are for). Accually just don't kill birds... especially not the cute flightless aquatic birds. Just let them bedazzle their rocks, and write up RMB moderation guidelines in crayon in peace.
