The deputy is a woman.
Women can have waifus too!
On an unrelated note, I finally got an issue that allowed me to switch from capitalism to socialism.
On another unrelated note, still looking for people to swap endorsements with. Hit me up :)

It is now officially the MAY 2022 DELEGATE ELECTION voting period! That's right, once you click the link below, you can vote between:
Drennicka
Toonela
for the Office of World Assembly Delegate of the Social Liberal Union!
The election will end on the 29th May! VOTE HERE: https://sluforum.com/elections/
Heavens, it's that time already! With another contest for the Delegacy upon us, I have decided to run for re-election following gracious nominations by both Goncar and Osagh.
Before typing too much about what I would endeavor to do with a second term as Delegate, I want to briefly go over what I consider my chief achievements of this last term in office:
- Successfully heralding the return of much more regular updates on the status of the region to its members and residents. These updates have included important information on regional news, interregional affairs, and world assembly affairs without whitewashing administration progress. I've sought to keep the region equally abreast of both discussions on proposed legislation and on delays in the processing of new Cabinet members following vacancies.
- Passing two pieces of legislation to enable greater community engagement with World Assembly resolutions, creating positions within the government for those most interested in the World Assembly to participate in and creating further responsibility for future Delegates that will hold them more accountable to their votes in that body beyond those guidelines already provided for in the Constitution.
- Working with the Ministry of Domestic Affairs to ensure regular content for the Tribune when possible, including taking up writing articles myself when necessary.
- Pursuing a vigorous series of engagements with a number of other regions, both inside and outside of our traditional 'sphere' within NSLeft; engagements that, with the aid of Foreign Affairs, have bettered our relations with a number of regions both old and new.
With all of that said, my chief concern in a second term would be much the same as my chief concern during my first: providing adequate service to the fantastic community of this region by keeping it actively informed, working with others to create and maintain the tools we want or need to pursue the projects that interest us most (whether those be on site inter-regional relations or our forum roleplay), and setting an exemplary example for others by pursuing an engaged, active, and friendly series of policies that are as adaptive as they are welcoming to newcomers. For me, those policies will look like a continuation of my work so far, with open ears to hear all the ambitions, concerns, and ideas everyone in this region can bring to the table when they wish to contribute; those policies will mean improving on the regularity of updates already implemented in response to community feedback, and it will mean filling in the gaps, with your help, anywhere we might find ourselves inadequate to the tasks this community demands of us as public servants within the government.
That's my case for staying on as your World Assembly Delegate, but no matter who you choose to support in this election: please vote!
Feel free to ask me any questions or voice any concerns you might have, either here or via telegram.

I would love an Eco-Friendly Miyana to help each other to find new inventions and also Flowera lets build that Energy Particle Colider in the name of Sustainability and Science!
Thanks for asking! I'm just trying to get more involved in the region, so this is pretty much a learning by doing thing for me. I think Toonela and the ministers are doing a great job. The only real criticism or platform point I have is that I'm not crazy about the regional flag. (Sorry Courelli)
So I guess my platform is 1) I won't mess with what isn't broken, and 2) except maybe we could talk about a new flag?
Hi! The answer to your question is plagiarism! Please see this thread for details: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=519297 .
Important edit: a new piece of legislation, this one ratifying our recently discussed treaty with Europeia, is up for discussion prior to submission on the forum! Be heard here: https://sluforum.com/showthread.php?tid=176

Return to onion!
I voted against it because of this passage:
"c. The accused may not directly contact the victim without the presence of law enforcement unless the victim consents to the contact."
Gree Bow already has existing legislation in place for standard and emergency protection orders; we doesn't see the need (nor believe it is wise) for commonwealth prosecutors to essentially be able to unilaterally issue such orders without judicial oversight.

The slang term Chinese used to mock Deng Xiaoping for his formalism was later used to address him
Flowera and Rocitzen
What does it translate to literally? lol
Also -- twelve years after first discovering NS, I've finally played the game on the same nation for long enough to get a capital city. :')
edit: turns out in the twelve years since I first started playing, my political leanings have become mostly anarchist/syndicalist, and I've moved to a city with strong second city syndrome (Rotterdam) -- so I ultimately decided against having a capital city
what does thìs trànslate though?
