Poll response: I've never had green bean casserole but as I don't like green beans it's over before it's even started.
The taste of corn triggers my gag reflex so I don't go anywhere near it. It's usually easier to tell people I'm allergic because they tend to treat it as almost a choice.
That being said, I love cornbread and anything made from cornmeal. Also, hominy doesn't bother me at all—it's delicious in fact! Depending on the variety, I sometimes get a tinge of whatever it is in industrial yellow corn that does it to me.

Finished my first production at my new school. It was an adventure, to say the least. But it's in the rearview mirror. Students had fun, parents loved it, and admin loved it.
This poll is almost banjectionable. Thanksgiving is the greatest holiday ever! And ALL of it's foods as well.I am going to presume positive intent. However, if you don't like green bean casserole or deviled eggs you either haven't had good versions yet or you should be banned for poor taste.
I went to a Thanksgiving dinner oncw that servee Tofurkey. That was offensive and disgusting. I happen to really like tofu, but not pressed into a fowl shape with turkey flavorings.
