Everyone, I cannot emphasize enough how crucial it is that you participate in the ECC process. This is simply the largest change we have had in Union history. We are essentially rewriting our Constitution. This is no simple matter. I encourage everyone to please telegram Nassau with your candidacy so we can continue bringing progress to this great region!

It might be, but it might not, for several reasons. First, the Articles of Confederation was essentially a treaty between thirteen separate nations to form a weak EU-style alliance. The states were quickly growing apart culturally, and the states each had different policies for everything, even currency. They fixed that with a Constitution.
Now, what we have here is a Constitution that works almost perfectly. I would expect the majority of proposals to add to the Constitution, not drastically changing existing policy. But I may be wrong, and it really is in the hands of the Delegates.
Where do I submit it?
It can be either, but its easier to debate if its already well developed.
