I can't exactly give you a definite 'top 10' list, but I can tell you who'd be on that list. I'm saying that I'm not going to order it. It'd have to be...perhaps...

I'm not putting my own leaders for two reasons. One, I think it'd be a bit...self-absorbed for me to do that, best to leave it unbiased. Two....I feel as if Kiara and Ymira aren't that influential nowadays, due to me not exactly...participating in much stuff anymore.

Yes, most likely. You'll have to forgive me there, I mostly just put leaders I can directly remember off the top of my head. If I properly looked at all the nations I knew and their leaders, I would've put Augusta.

Perfectly understandable, I haven’t put much work into Maxton as I have his daughter, purely because [insert twist here] is gonna happen :P, but in all honesty, Maxton is just not that well thought out of a leader.
