The Nationalists have agreed to a peace meeting in Stockholm. So far, they have demanded lighter penalties for their surrender.
The Federal Govt has drafted the following plan about dealing with the nationalists and their penalties:
-the Military Junta will cease to exist
-those responsible of bombing Gustavborg and other cities should get 20 years in jail without any possibility of term reduction, and a ban on any jobs in any govt company
-the rest of the officers will get 5 years long home arrests without any possibility of term reduction, and a ban on any jobs in any govt company
-the soldiers will receive disciplinary training under the supervision of Stralan political commissars
-all equipment and money of the Military Junta will be confiscated
-the Nationalist party will remain banned for a period of 5 years.
All allies and supporters are invited at the negotiation table.

The Ropakstadtian government has announced that they are supportive of the Federal Government and opposing the Military Junta. They will supply the Federals with anything possible if war continues.

Strala wrote:All officers and supporters should be reeducated or executed. Nationalist party should be banned indefinitely.

We will have them re-educated. Executions are out of discussion, we believe this will break the negotiations. About the banning of the party, we consider this to be an attack of the democratic process of the country. We will consider, however, your proposals.

Arthralonia wrote:The Federal Govt promises to deliver the bodies of the killed ceremoniously back to their homeland. The injured will also be cautiously transported. Searches for the missing people are already being conducted. Their last known location is somewhere at the northern border between Norway and Sweden, and authorization for Stollbergian aerial vehicles in Federal air space will be given shortly.

That will be sufficient enough as of now, we will discuss other matters bit later, we will also send our best search Troops to help searching.

As far as compensation of the families and victims goes, a budget of 15 million Iron Marks has been allocated. The Stollbergian government is invited to make demands regarding the sum.

I mean you could, but did Germany keep the you know what party around? No. Also the CPS is asking for a list of Stralan casualties to be sent over. Thry also want all Stralan equipment to be returned, even if it is damaged or destroyed

1 Million per Dead
30.000,00 per Wounded
And the rest for the Families of the the Missing ones, if only 1 is dead then the family dead of the dead gets a million and the rest will be split.

Fair enough then. We will ban the party indefinitely. Our reports suggest around 20 deaths, and 46 injuries. Your equipment will be returned. Two Nanning class titans were destroyed, and another one was severely damaged. The Beihai class titan is mostly untouched. One of the Chong class titans is also severely damaged. This is what our reports estimate. They had the desired effect of routing the enemy at first. The damages were mostly done by enemy artillery and air-bombing. Your dead will be ceremoniously returned to their homeland, and the injured will be transported in special VTOL carriers.

i dont know what you mean by "corrupt and reckless" and he sure didnt deserve being first shot then slashed by bayonets, let alone his son Alexis

what about the people of the Bloody Sunday massacre? or the Lena Massacre? Is he innocent in those too? I want you to give me one reason that man deserved to be given the mantle of a good ruler

He made bad decisions which were damaging for the country. The case of the Russian Revolution is extremely frustrating as it goes all the way back to what if Tsar Alexander II hadn't been killed?
But, it wasn't entirely his fault. After the Khodynka tragedy, advisors told him that he should go to festivities instead of staying in Russia to show respects.
His father, Tsar Alexander III never fully taught him how to rule a country.
But, Nicholas' power-hungry policies and suppression of free elections ultimately led to the Soviet Union.

And, yes. Alexis definitely didn't deserve to die.

*akhem*
the bloody sunday massacre was a provocation caused from among the soldiers, and the tsar wasnt even at the place, and hadnt ordered the massacre to happen

ah but he allowed it to happen and did nothing for reparations to heal the divide in the nation.

your 3rd point about no free elections proves to be somehow true, as he believed that he is a father of the nation and must rule it by himself
but his decisions werent so bad after all as i told before a french economist reported in 1913 that if things went on as normal russia would have the 2nd best economy in the world by 1950 which did happen but at cost of forced labor in gulags

But, still the economy needed to be built up to keep a stable nation. Russia maybe could have stayed stable, mainly from the Alexander II reforms and the works of Sergei Witte. You have to admit, Tsar Nicholas did make some crucial mistakes in his career, but his father taught him nothing about ruling and set him in charge of a huge ethnically diverse, dare I say unstable, nation and the people expected him to do well.

I'm not fully blaming the father, but he probably was worse than Nicholas. He dystopianized (I know its not a word, but just roll with it) Russia, tearing down Alexander II's reforms and creating a brutal secret police service.

There are so many factors to blame. I haven't even talked about World War I, pressure from the Bolsheviks and the Russo-Japanese War.

Similar to the Titanic it was a "catalogue of errors" that led to Russia's downfall.

So? War is War people die in it. You can be a wartime leader and be the worst peacetime leader. There is a reason the Tsar hasn't come back and its because they failed

the tsar never came back because the red army won. even today, we keep the legay of the red army, and btw most of the tsars relaives were massacred too.
and btw nicholas wouldnt have failed if Stolypin wouldnt have been assasinated

Is the war still going on? If so, Talkasa would like to supply the Federal Government with weaponry.
