What is your history for China? I'm curious, even in IRL, these regions still bowed down to Chiang at least in name.

They are Chinese warlords who bowed to Hirohito, then most of them formed their own proper states with national identities and that stuff. So they aren't Han Chinese culture or identity anymore, and are not deemed as China.

Yes, he is getting all of China, or at least all of the Reorganised Nationalist Government of China. The other states are not deemed as China. Unless he wants to invade them. But that's a separate matter, and the states are not included within the peace treaty at all.

What do you control? Tibet, Qinghai, Yunnan, and Manchuria? By the way I want Taiwan back. Also Guangdong and Guangxi at the time would be called Liangguang and I assume Hainan would also be mine since it's still part of Guangdong at the time.

I have the Chinese puppet with all the states I mentioned, plus hainan (forgot about that, lol). I don't control Tibet and Qinghai and all the other states, they are independent now (except for manchuria, obviously. Which you may demand.)

Most of them would still be Han dominated. The Qing did a lot of things in Qinghai to wipe out a lot of the natives and replace them with Han. With the exception of Tibet, they would all still be Han dominated and would likely still follow Han culture even if they were controlled by warlords.

Yes, he is getting all of China, the rest are sovereign states, he can invade them if he wants to.
Manchuria is not considered Chinese by this point due to the number of Japanese colonists in the region.
He may still take it though if no-one else does.
