She quickly runs to Wubdich and asks him for his Gamecube. With a sigh, he pulled it out of his inner jacket pocket, much to the surprise of MoA. "What?" he said in reaction to MoA's look. "I keep three things in here. Samowar for tea. An AK-47. And a Gamecube. And you, little miss, better not break it!"
Nodding, Wubby headed back to Arcti's room.

Arcti had sat down in her chair by the time Wubby had come back, and she was quietly leaning back in it too, seemingly stressed about the day, understandably so... after what she had just told Wubby.

The leader of the Nacoa Dyan Royal Coast Guard is Admiral Lewis McCain, he graduated top of his class at the Royal Military Academy, and started his career as an officer in the Navy, and made it all the way up to admiral when he was transferred to the Coast Guard to lead the branch to success like he had helped the Navy do before. He is known for assessing every situation with caution and is not a man that is drawn in by shiny new equipment, he is humble and smart. He is not the best at leading, but that is not needed much since his sailors will not go into battle overseas.
