Hello there! Endorsement gives the receiving nation influence over time, which is primarily useful in defending the region from hostile entities, as influence is expended to remove them. Endorsement doesn't benefit you much unless you have regional border control or are the World Assembly Delegate.
I might create my own region, but I won't since I need to build my nation. If I do create a region, it will still be an ally of the Pacific. (I Have no intentions of leaving. Hail the Pacific!)
Since socialism is sort of like communism, I will offer a piece of advice too. If you want to have a socialist economy, you should get rid of private industry. I do not recommend this.
