But unlike his predecessors, our new Archduke is full of determination to not repeat their mistakes, surpass their highest achievements, and ensure progress and development in the Empire. His program, the short thesis version of which was posted on the Regional Message Board, includes significant reforms directed toward solving contradictions and other significant problems in the cultural and diplomatic spheres. Needless to say, such reforms met nothing but total support from the population.
If to distract from the official part and describe our new Archduke as a person in the first place, then we can see a competent and highly intelligent worker, a sensible patriot, deeply devoted to the Imperial Cause, and unshakeably loyal to the Imperial Core. Anointment of New Hansa on the post of the Archduke can safely be regarded as another victory of the forces of progress and development in our Empire, further securing it from bigotry and degeneration.

Under New Hansa, the Imperial Government surely shall develop rapidly, bringing the promised New Golden Age closer and closer. For this no doubt correct anointment we must thank our great leader and wise teacher - His Imperial Majesty Kaiser Scansinia.

First of all, the Imperial Parliament shall be restructured into the Imperial Assembly with 10 seats for electable People's Deputies - with retractable imperative mandates - from the stead of Citizens, also being supported by the People's Assembly composed of all other Imperial Citizens and Laborers free to propose their ideas and reforms to the collective of the government officials. This system also receives a detailed set of rules and principles to work by, providing it with order and security from corruption. According to these principles, the Assemblies still remain the apolitical structures aimed at keeping the Empire and its People safe and flourishing by embracing the people's soviet democracy.

Secondly, the People's Court - the Imperial Supreme Court, which was working under the guidance of the Ministry of the Interior, - shall be reformed to act as the Imperial Supreme and Constitutional Court, providing the region with ensured justice and increased purity from corruption.

Thirdly, this reform shall also include the moderate Germanization efforts, allowing the Empire to return to its cultural and aesthetic roots of German monarchism, though in its reformed and purified state.

So far nobody ever expressed their discontent or disapproval of the listed ideas, only proposing more additions and fixes, warmly welcomed by the reform authors. All the parties of the Empire expressed their sincere support for the reform's ideas in one way or another.
The reform itself shall be finished and introduced within the next week - or two, may the real-life conditions tweak the terms of working.

The current processes show us, our comrades and allies, and the whole world of NationStates - that the Imperial Government, led by the great leader and wise teacher Kaiser Scansinia, boldly and proudly guides the people of Kaiserreich towards renovation, progress, and prosperity!

Currently, this party seems to have no conflicts with any other party existing and is trying to unite the efforts with the others instead, both in theorizing and pushing for the Zentrum agenda - made of the proposals from the people of the Empire.

Comrade Chancellor Volksleben, whose once largest Workers' Party got pushed away in size by the fresh blood, doesn't look disappointed. On contrary, he expressed his sincere support for the party, also pointing to the fact that incentives for supporting the grassroots democracy weren't in vain after all.

The new acting Chairman made the following announcement:
"Okay, so as you know yesterday our bloc was a mess, to put it lightly. During the chaos our previous chairman So Pep resigned, feeling guilt for his mistakes, which there were a lot. Yet in the most critical moment it was Pep who brought us all back together and essentially prevented TFB becoming history. Recognizing that and the fact that Pep is one of the most experienced politicians in TFB, I, with my power as the emergency Chairman, appoint Pep as emergency Vice-Chairman so that he could fix the mess he made. After this, the officials of The Free Bloc were ordered to start preparing the solid regulations to not allow such happenings to repeat, as well as to start the work on the organizational newspaper - which already recruited specialists from Kaiserreich and Odrya for the completion of this task. The interregional union is slowly building up, growing powerful enough to not only defend the freedom and sovereignty of its members, but also to protect and further the ideas of civilization and progress all through the NationStates.

I'd like to answer such people with the recently started Sanctum-like process of liberating this region from its current government - Layem himself was banned for good, triggering the imminent death timer. The relevant Security Council liberation proposal was approved, gathering 10 thousand votes "FOR" versus only 340 votes "AGAINST" just in 10 hours! The ratio at the beginning of the voting was 95 to 5 and remains such till the moment of publishing.

Concord, an attempt at refounding the region, was raided and therefore failed miserably. This signifies the moment of the total encirclement of the bigots of NationStates.
To say that the Imperial Government is highly pleased by the current events and supports the resolution project is to say nothing. The Imperial Chancellor posted such a speech related:

This region - Confederacy of Layem - was one of the main pillars of the hate and bigotry on the vast expanses of the NationStates. I will need those who will give praise to our Lord Scansinia and convert regions and nations to Vedulism.

At the time of writing this, I have just recently been appointed Archduke by our Kaiser, if what I wanted came to be, if nothing of what I wanted came to be, or maybe only part of what I wanted to happen actually happened. Of course, writing this I have no way of knowing, I can only really hope at this point. You reading this, the day of publishing, a couple of days after publishing, a few months after publishing, or maybe even years after publishing, will have much more hindsight than I could have possibly had at the time of writing. So if I look like a fool for ever thinking that anything I will write in this article could ever happen, or maybe I am completely right and everything that is in this article will happen exactly as I say it will, I don't know.

I won't jump the gun and say that a new KR golden age has already started, I'll only say that once I can see results. But what do I consider a new golden age? What are my goals for this new golden age?

I have 7 goals for this new golden age, and once at least 4 have been completed I will safely say that a new golden age has started in our region.
⠀⠀7. The goal that I see as least important out of my top seven goals, which means it's still very important, is to create a new active RP. With the help of those who have recently been joining the Ministry of Culture I hope to do one of two things, either restart the current Cold War RP that has gone inactive recently, or create a new RP that would be active and engaging to the people of KR.
⠀⠀6. Fascists still are drawn to our great region, this must stop once and for all. Fascism is the greatest disease on NS and despite the fascists being thrown out of Kaiserreich a long time ago, some still seem to think we will be accepting or tolerant of fascism. Finally making it clear that all ideologies of hate are not welcome will benefit us in two ways. Firstly, it will improve the way other regions, especially the larger ones, see us. Secondly, it will also save resources that would otherwise have to be used to expel them and could be used for more pressing matters.
⠀⠀5. The Empire outside of our borders was once extremely vast, but due to betrayals and various wars, the once greater empire has been whittled down to just a few strategic forts. I want what we once had to be remade into something even better. I want the Reichswehr to go marching on, destroying bigoted degenerates wherever they may be and bringing their regions into the fold. For those who wish to gain themselves a place in Imperial History and have some Imperial blood flowing through their veins, I encourage them to join the greater Empire as a protectorate. Anyone can go down as a great figure in KR's History. Even you.
⠀⠀4. A new rebirth of Vedulism is another one of my goals. At one point in KAISERREICH's history, Vedulism was widely practiced, not only inside of KR - but also elsewhere. I wish to expand Vedulisn once again to its former glory and beyond. But I can't do it unless KRers such as yourself help expand it within and outside of our borders.
⠀⠀3. Some within the Empire will work for a time and then will do the bare minimum to hold on to their positions. In my ideal Kaiserreich, this will no longer happen. A ministry - most likely the ministry of the interior, - will from time to time check if people are worthy of their positions and honors within KR. Those who have time and have proved themselves productive will be promoted and given what they rightly deserve for their labor, and those who chose to laze around without a reason will be demoted and stripped of their honors.
⠀⠀2. I want KR to be accepted into the greater NS community and get rid of the chains of a fascist image we've had to carry for far too long. We must do anything we need to prove to the greater NS community we have changed and are not what we once were. If that requires a complete audit of Kaiserreich and all its assets, we will accept that so as to assure them we are no longer the nazis or fascists they think we were.
⠀⠀1. The repeal of the WA Liberation is my highest priority. When the Liberation was passed in 2018, KR was a very different place overrun with fascist degenerates. But now Kaiserreich is no longer like this in the slightest. Although currently, this has had little effect on KR at this time - since KR has continued to grow despite this, it still will compromise the long-term security of the Reich. If we can prove to the greater NS community that we have changed and are better now, we can get this repealed. When we do this, we will have gotten a victory big enough to eclipse any defeat we've ever had.

I am just one person - just like you, dear reader. One person can do little, but a group of such persons can do much more. If I want to do what I have listed out, I will need the help of many. So I will once again outstretch an invitation to KAISERREICH and all of NS. Join me in creating this new golden age I dream of, the new golden age that might just be right over the accessible horizon.

It is worth noting that such a policy did not come as something unexpected to some educated Marxists and people who are able to build cause-and-effect relationships. The beginning pressure on other regions (more correctly, increasing many times) and the aggressive foreign policy became the logical continuation of the domestic policy. Freedom of speech in TCB, as it were, a pan-leftist region, reached its decline, if not years, then months ago for sure. The anti-sectarian repressive policy, which initially had noble goals and roots, has turned into a tool for effectively cracking down on free thought in the region. Any opinion that contradicts the opinion of the government of TCB - currently consisting of a narrow (practically unchanged) top of bureaucrats and quasi-chekists - is declared unfit, actively condemned, and the person expressing this opinion is accused of pseudo-leftism, the narrowness of thinking, sectarianism, opportunism, and other possible and impossible sins. In most cases, such individuals are very quickly banned, often under a completely weak - or even made-up - pretext.

Such aggression and deployment of the repressive machine could easily be explained by the threat of capitalist reaction and the need for active revolutionary construction if it was real life. But this is not real life, and the reactionaries cannot threaten the region in any way - TCB as a region is currently in the position of hegemon in the political arena of the NS leftist forces, attracting a large number of potential members and activists, who are maintaining the stability of the ruling regime in their turn. In addition, any resistance from the right-wing regions is suppressed and hacked to death everywhere on the NS - not without the participation of the guys from TCB.
It would seem like - live, rejoice, prosper! Arrange total democratization and anarcho-communism, fight for the spread of the pan-leftist ideas in all left and left-leaning regions in a peaceful way, using your diplomatic and moral dominance. Create a giant school of leftist thought - both Marxism and anarchism, as well as other theories - "let hundreds of flowers bloom" and all that. You are the leftist vanguard, so match this title!
But something didn't work out. Liberalization did not happen, and the punitive machine not only increased its momentum, but also began its destructive journey through other regions.
This machine began to forcibly impose the pan-leftist idea, declaring all those who resent the violation of their regional sovereignty as traitors of the workers' front and pseudo-left opportunists. Of course, in the process, it was possible to clear many regions of bigots and pseudo-leftists - both by relatively peaceful means (regional governments, under fear of sanctions and raids, agreed to expel from the region everyone who at least somehow said something bad somewhere) and by military means (by arranging raids on weak regions or stealing their re-foundation) - that is, fully embracing what we can call the virtual NS version of the Brezhnev Doctrine.

The greatest disturbance and indignation among many people interested was caused by the recent takeover of The Communist Nations of The World by the PRAF and the terrorist ("educational", as the attackers said) raids by the Brotherhood of Malice of member regions of the Freedom Coalition, who volunteered to fight against the "tyranny of the Communist Bloc" and for the liberation of TCNTW from the presence of TCB forces in it. A week before these events, TCB and BoM signed a pact of friendship and cooperation.
In addition, proceedings are currently underway in the pan-leftist region of the Union of Great Onionist Nations - the former People's Commissar of the Interior, Onionist Randosia, was accused of unreliability, was reprimanded for disapproving and obscene statements towards the First Minister of TCB New Astri - and was shortly dismissed. As we all know, the dominance of TCB in this region rests largely on fear of possible sanctions, and TCB forces were accused by the UGON government of interfering in local democratic elections three months ago.

Of course, these attacks and the threat of such attacks on other regions have paid off. The member regions of the Freedom Coalition are making every effort not to repeat the mistakes of the past and prevent other regions from making the same mistakes - [region]the Free People's Union[/region] and the Rejected Onionists are making the highest effort in this. And no - jokes about Candice and other Deez Nuts cannot be considered sexual in full.
KAISERREICH - a region that has long suffered from a reputation for being fascist and bigoted - and which is still perceived as such by the TCBer government, which in its turn cites only some vague jokes about Wehraboos and pre-Incident screenshots. I would like to believe that out of ignorance they cannot admit that KAISERREICH quickly dealt with liberals and foul-mouthed bigots (who quickly fled to Montealba-Montbalaur), and was fully healed (albeit at the cost of losing half of the regional server as a result of a terrorist attack), and now embarked on the path of construction of socialism and the Soviet monarchy with the potential to spread the socialist revolution abroad.

As a result, ruthless reprisals and mass attacks on all the enemies of the working cause that suddenly appeared should have caused the respect of the allies, the admiration of newcomers, and the strengthening of the positions of The Communist Bloc in the interregional arena. After all, besides, as it turned out, many large regions hid their problems under the cover of leftism! And the very threat of attacks and acts of terrorism in relation to the left-wing regions that remained in neutrality led to the self-purification of such regions. Wonderful job? Is everyone happy? Hooray?
As it turned out, no. The very fact of the aggressive expansionist policy of TCB, the falsification of elections and inept direct intimidation, the extremely undiplomatic, rude, and careless attitude towards the signed obligations, as well as the already mentioned pressure on civil rights and freedoms, are causing increasing disappointment in TCB and its government. A new pan-leftist front against TCB is forming and slowly gaining strength and stability, there is a significant outflow of population from TCB, and many left-wing regions are beginning to reorient themselves toward other regions of the NSLeft - or even toward self-sufficiency.

Due to the ill-conceived aggressive actions of the TCBer government, pan-leftism is being replaced by other left-wing ideological approaches, inter-regional stability has been shaken, the hegemony of TCB is openly contested and condemned, and the left forces - already slowly atomizing - are slowly losing their reputation, influence, and importance in the NationStates.
The rude actions of the TCBer government in the field of foreign relations, namely the extremely short-sighted and unreliable aggressive policy of former Minister of Foreign Affairs New Astri, which has already caused an adequate hostile reaction and turned dozens of initially neutral or even TCB-friendly regions into enemies and adversaries.
The policy of this official, who sincerely surprises with their arrogance, pettiness, and hatred, outraging with their undisguised interventionism and falsifications, is the real path to the abyss for TCB as the vanguard of the ideology of the working class in the vastness of the NationStates. Damn it, this official, in response to questions from regions of the Treaty of Spomenik, answered "I don't really care"! Nothing to say, this is a peak high diplomacy!

And all this is happening against the backdrop of an active increase in the world tensions IRL. In real life, right now there is an accelerated de-globalization of world markets and the fascistization of world powers. Right now, citizens of dozens and hundreds of countries are succumbing to the propaganda of the capitalists and their social-fascist henchmen, calling for them to lose their rights in exchange for maintaining national stability and security in the face of the "Russian-Chinese threat." While Ukraine is on fire, torn apart by the imperialist war of the Russian capital, torn apart by nationalists and social fascists from Kyiv, Moscow, Brussels, and Washington - at this time, the war machine is slowly unfolding, fueled by state investments in the current Ukrainian fire - and future World one. The nationalist capitalists from CCP want to take back Taiwan as soon as possible. Diplomats from Europe and the US are already hinting at the military redistribution of markets.
Even if the next world war does not start this year, not next year, or even not ten years from now, this does not change anything. For we all know the Marxist thesis about the inevitability of wars under capitalism. Leftist revolutionaries must be ready to reap the grapes of wrath and strike capitalism, to stand at the head of the working class on its way to the victory of the world revolution. Right now, all leftists, regardless of their views on historical aspects and ideological contradictions, should unite their efforts against the propaganda spread by the capitalists. It would be worth starting to massively educate all members of the leftist movement, it would be worth fighting for the ideas of peace and the rights of the working class - at least in the expanses of NS.

I cannot hope for the consciousness of the current government of the Communist Bloc. But still - I'd like to address the government of the Communist Bloc - and the First Minister of TCB New Astri in particular. Not as a regional official, but as a fellow leftist - although you denied it in the telegrams in a very rude form, also calling our region fascist. So much for a productive talk between a Pan-Leftist and a Marxist-Leninist.

Nevertheless, I beg you - stop making this farce. Change your policy. Stop attacking other regions, stop this power roleplay.
You are pan-leftists! You are not some kind of radical Hoxhaists or Jucheans! Stop this terror! Stop fighting bigotry without providing a proper theoretical basis and adequate diplomacy! Your current actions undermine the authority of the whole leftist movement! They discredit your region!
Stop the neo-imperialist policy of violent intervention! Focus better on improving your own region from the inside! Many links from the very TCB Guidebook don't work! You have some important factbooks being literally empty! Your list of references is extremely confusing and smells like one big revision!
So you claim to be the vanguard of the labor movement in the NS? So match this title! Make it so that you regularly have on your boards not cheap RP and fairy tales about grandparents, but a lively discussion about the leftist theory and practice - so that even foreigners from other regions can learn at least something. Fix all links! Make a good bibliography! Compile intelligible pamphlets and summaries on anarchist, Marxist, and anti-bigotry topics! Arrange an ideological likbez!
Do not arrange repressions at the stage of deploying a theoretical struggle! Don't repeat Stalin's mistakes! Do not allow the Communist Bloc to degenerate into Brezhnevism!
