My map is unknown for story and not really a RP.
I think you have to talk to someone about this map. I believe is called Stangereal or something like that.

Ahhh Ok then...

Tbh, too much of a thing to keep following, since battle in a RP can be confusing from time to time, some people also don't want to read huge wall of texts.

But for me, I'd say keep the storyline consistent and in what i call "smashing", always keep the reader feel interested from one situation to another, good example is from one of my posts, a band of soldiers fighting in a gruesome war, present the feeling of battle without the technical details, and focus more on what the soldiers will do in the heat of war, like dashing through the rain of fire while time is slowed down to a single heartbeat, all the while trying to keep the storyline consistent.

Don't get me wrong, i like detailed ideas of how these guides work, but there are parts of it where you're repeating the same meaning of the phrase to prove the point, too much information results in loss of interest, i would better suggest dividing the detailed information like marching formations into smaller factbooks, for example my warships, they have information about that ship alone but they have links to another factbook detailing how does that specific part of the ship works. I'd say it's great for those who want a quick read, and also for those who are more interested in learning more about the said warship.

I can't agree more with this statement. I'm not one who likes to compete in RP and, from my experience, people who usually like to compete don't write their RP posts the way you mentioned; narrating the battlefield, taking a more personal approach to the soldiers, making it an actual story that offers an interesting read instead of a battle report. I prefer the fun in exchanging walls of text that tell the story of the interaction between the characters at the individual and personal level, like having a diplomatic meeting where you're not so fixated on the purpose of the meeting or the trade agreement, but on the interaction, the dinner they might have, placing one's self in the boots of the ambassador and taking on his personality while studying the other character. But I still can't get to that level where people write with such transcendent language of literature, mainly because English is not my native tongue.

Could've summed that up in a sentence but I just had to write the whole thing.

And I should mention. You've got a nice flag.

Edit: A bit sad that I don't have a shared canon to RP in yet.

Reuse it. Generic, but it's simple.

Or use it to make bricks, but never make it with waste that is flammable.

I agree. In my (surpisingly vast) experience outside of NationStates, the two predominant kinds of RPers are the competitive ones, who try to "win" every interaction, and the ones who are there more for fun, trying to enjoy the scenario rather than win it. Sure, the objective is important, but so is the journey there.

True, I love progressing more on how a soldier feels about his surrounding, but i sometimes can interchange between the person and the battlefield as it provide me a little more fluidity in writing, you just have to be smooth on how to switch from this to that.

Also thanks for the praise, am quite proud with this flag, though i am looking to change it a little, like trying a new outfit lol

No, the objective is not important.

Must into perpetual fun.

And yes, that seems to be the case. Especially back in TSP, we have lots of competitors and, more than often, world-spanning empires. Their existence makes a lot of people have overlapping claims, therefore, separating a lot of the canon and reducing the RP universe into something blurry and nebulous (quoting from a Pacific resident). Some nations also have absurd numbers to offer, boasting giant militaries, having 70 per cent of their population be part of the military while also maintaining an economy with 200 thousand dollars of GDP per capita. This is mainly because the RP there is random and not regulated. But somehow, it works for most and not for some.

I want to RP but I don't know where. My canon is isolated for now until I find someone compatible. The prophecied one... And right now, only one nation can fit the mould seamlessly.

I know. Sometimes I also have to give a peek to the political background of my nation to explain why the character is feeling that way.

Something with me and Asian flags with motifs and no more than two colours.

No perfect?

Don't call it perfect!

The Kanazekopian economy, worth 389 billion Kanazekopia francs a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Trout Farming industry, with major contributions from Cheese Exports, Woodchip Exports, and Basket Weaving. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is 48,743 Kanazekopia francs, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 3.1 times as much as the poorest.

Wherein 10% Richest earns 82,524 Kanazekopia francs, and 10% Poorest - 26,605 Kanazekopia francs
