Sweaty fish is willing to comply to treaties that have been made. We will forgo our claims temporarily, if Guiliean complies to said treaty and leaves the northwest portion of the island.

MNN: Following recent events in Minuda, President Boris Nikolav has announced a national referendum in the Magardom Republic to see public opinion regarding reunification with Apricot. The Referendum will last for 3 days, and he strongly has encouraged all citizens to vote. Within Metalvia, the occupation phase has begun to end, approximately half of the forces have left the region, and shortly after it was publicly announced that Neu Organica, Metalvia, and Westmare would re-merge back into the Kingdom of Metalvia. Following such, Elizabeth Westmare has proclaimed herself (and the Westmares) as the new Royal Dynasty of Metalvia, and has promoted Frederick Hozenburg to the Prime Minister and promoted Mercer Joseph to Military Governor of the new Kingdom. It is unknown whether or not this will lead to promoted peace in the region. Finally, a collection of surveyors, Government officials, and military units have gathered at the border of the Hatii Confederation. The apparent result of a week long discussion has started what is being referred to as the Hatii Census. The primary goal seems to be to fully chart down all information and intel about the Hatii Jungles, presumably to push forward the popular National Debate about Federalising the region. It is unknown whether or not that is the case with this recent development of events, but it seems to be highly likely. No further information is known at this time.

And that is what forgoing claims mean. We think we own the island, but we wont act on those beliefs. If I stole your snickers bar or something, and gave half of it back...
