“My fellow Montarcians, it is an honor for me to be your President. I know what we’ve all been through, and the troubles that, not only the last government, but the occupation has brought us; I swear to you Montarc, we will be strong again, and I will make this occupation as short as possible.
I, nay, we, your government, have decided that these things come first in our plans for Montarc:
First, we will initiate a tax cut on all Montarcian enterprises, as well as a flat tax for your salaries.
Second, we will begin a reform and a renewal of our armed forces, most specifically the Navy. For far too long has our Navy been outclassed and outnumbered. We shall also be constructing more equipment all round.
Third, we must retake our claim on the international stage. We must make the world know of Montarc, not as a failed state, but as a strong, prideful nation.
These things, my citizenry, will come to Montarc. We will make Montarc safe again, we will make Montarc strong again, we will make Montarc sovereign again, We will make Montarc Impressive Once More!” The President raises hs hand in a fist, and the crowd starts cheering. After a debate, the leaders of Warsaw Pact member-nations had at last created the terms that would be presented to the leader of Montarc to sign, this would officially end the war of Montarcian aggression and result in Anea once more knowing peace.
An envoy was sent by the Grand Friently Empire to present the document at the signing where the Emperor and several others awaited it.
"Should've had it printed locally, should've.." the Emperor thought as he and others waited for the document to arrive and some time later the distinct whirring of a helicopter could be heard as it approached the landing zone. Inside a small casket the letter was brought up to the Emperor standing on the other side of a table from the Montarcian leader, the Emperor then took out the document and slid it in front of him.
