III. Amend the Constitution by a 2/3rds majority from provincial legislatures
IV. Fix provincial public areas
V. Check Federal legislation to see if said legislation is in accordance to the Constitution
Clause V
The Principal Court can check to see if legislation is unconstitutional
Congress can/will pass/promote legislation
The Presidency, Vice Presidency, Presidential Cabinet, and other executive parts will pass/deny/promote legislation
