Ideology: Social Democracy

The ruling political party of the country, this organization has become one of parliament's majority party over the last decade; as the Democratic Socialists ownsmore than a quarter of the congressional seats. Former Prime Minister, Markus Kenningrad has led the party ever since its actual founding in 2000. Under new leadership, and the election loss of august 2017, the party has weakened its stance in congress; neverthless, it still poses as the largest parties in the government. The organization mainly focuses on left-wing policies, and more socialist stances on welfare, education and healthcare. Though, economic policies work on capitalist framework as a whole for the country.

Ideology: Centre-right

This political organization is the second of the largest parties in the House of Grands, and seen as the biggest right-wing party in Toshavo. Being in power for less 8 years however, this is the successor to the former "Toshavo Conservative Party" which disbanded after their party leader and former prime minister, Eder Blokshov was assassinated, and the major lost in the 2007 snap election. Currently, it is led by (current) prime minister, Alexa Yuskov, after her win in august against Markus Kenningrad. The party mainly supports right-winged polices, though over the years it has become more, and more far-right; with polices of: Anti-immigration, nationalism, anti-abortion and anti-EU. It owns also a quarter of the congressional seats.

Ideology: Environmentalism, green politics

The Green Party of Toshavo is a centre-left organization sometimes inclined to more, centrist policies, but mostly liberal. The party is seen as one of, if not the largest environtmental political groups in Europe today. With actually owning a plentiful amount of congressional seats, and even winning in the parliamentary elections of 2002 and 2010. The organization has seen even more attention, as the newly elected chairman, Bernard Isosky's prime minister campaign in august; has seen the largest ever general election win, as he managed to come in 3rd place, just behind the Democratic Socialists. The Greens express commitment towards reducing CO2 emissions, greenhouse gasses, unnecessary waste, and pollution. It is also a major contributer to the European Environmental Protection Agency, and even a sponser to the Paris Climate Agreement.

Ideology: Centrism, Yoslandian Independence

The Yoslandian Independence Party is the main political group supporting the movement for Yoslandia's independence from Toshavo. This party is actually the one of the oldest political groups, starting in 1922 after the annexation of Yoslandia in 1919. YIP is similar to the UK's SNP where as it also stands for a full independence from Toshavo. YIP is usually the main host for Yoslandian referendums and votes. The party stands on a centrist base, but has more right leaning in policies such as: Education, military spending, abortion and healthcare. The party amassed a total of 79 seats, the most the party has ever won.

Ideology: National conservatism, right-populism, ultranationalists

The Constitutional Front Party, is a far-right (even more so than MFT) political organization. Supporting many European populist ideals, and also a strong stance on immigration. Infamous for it's leader once saying "I pray for an Islamic Holocaust", the party has been questioned by congress for it being too "extremist." Many say, that they are Neo-Nazi, though the organzation still stands. They oppose multiculturalism and view it as a threat to Toshavoan culture and identity. They support bans on religious head wear and symbols as well as certain religious practices such as private religious schools. It only owns 12 seats in congress.

Ideology: Communism, Marxist-Leninsim, Socialism

The Toshavoan Communist Party is the main anti-capitalistic and communist organization. Not to be confused with the "Communist Party Of Toshavo" the main party that ruled Toshavo for over 80 years, though it is known for being one of the last remnants and still hold on to the "Soviet Union satellite state" belief, the party is relatively still young, as it emergered right after the Toshavo Reformation of 1991. It seeks to empower and encourage worker cooperatives in order to decentralize the economy and favors higher government regulation and increasing corporate tax. Still, the party has a large supporter base whose political affiliations range from communism to social democracy. It has owned only 14 seats in parliament.

Ideology: Liberalism, radical centrism

The Liberationist Party is another, left leaning but centrist political party. Actually, the oldest political party in Toshavo as it is the first one, since its founding in 1918. The party was created right after Toshavo had just been independent from the Russian Empire, and ever since then, it has been the ruling party for 30 years. Though, its drastic decline has even made it lose all of its seats during the 2008 elections. Today, it has recently sparked in popularity as their party leader, Vladimir Krennylov came just in 3rd place during the first round in 2017. But the party only holds 6 seats in congress. It's stance is on centrism, but more left leaning in topics such as Spending, taxes, healthcare, education. Interestingly, it opposes the European Union, and it even calls for Toshavo to leave the EU.
