Dog Clan Embassy Club

D.C.E.C is an international embassy gang. Our goal is to get all embassies in NS. Dog clan only has 1 embassy, now. So lets get more!
The reason is to get more NationStaters. Yea, sure, we could just hand out some telegrams, BUT it won't work! Which is why i made the club.
-D.C.E.C now accepts people from other regions.
-D.C.E.C members will be kicked from the club if ruining embassies.
