I hope it's alright that I dismissed the issue. It was a three-way tie and all of the options looked pretty forcing. :P

hi, im new

Welcome to Nationstates! Let me or Machinatia know if you'd like any help with finding your way around everything. :)

I guess the issue chain isn't quite as engaging as some of the other issues. I suppose it is a bit sensitive a topic. It looks like there may be a couple more issues on the topic, but I do still want to post the rest of them. Hopefully if we get another issue chain it'll be more engaging. Unless the dismiss option will be chosen next time.

Because of a single vote in the assembly, following new legislation in The Nationstates Assembly, the family of Machinatia ( our leader ) bite their thumbs at paparazzi intrusions.

We don't have good magnetism

It has always been a bit on the quieter side, here. An active RMB does mean more players will spawn. But Luny and I don't often have much to talk about, and most players move on to somewhere else, as per the region's design. I think we also have lower magnetism because I have very few World Assembly endorsements - 1 to be exact.

Wow, I didn't realize it was that low. I might have to reach out to a friend again to see if he'd be willing to set up an endorsement again, although I hate having to keep bothering him after over 15 months.

If anyone wants to help the region out, they're more than welcome to join the World Assembly and endorse me. The help is appreciated. But don't feel obligated. The World Assembly isn't for everybody, and even then, you are only allowed to have one nation in the World Assembly at a time. If you'd rather have your WA nation somewhere else, then don't worry about keeping it here. There is a whole world to explore and call home out there.

May I ask who Repositorium's main is?

Filipino doesn't need a translation part for non-English, but I can see the idea anyways. Elementary already give out English lessons (public or private schools) and it is already their second language. Nontheless I'm coming up with a translation and some ideas as well.

This region has a very good idea anyways so I wish to interact with this community in the future. (Note though I already have WA in another account)

America cnc wrote:May I ask who Repositorium's main is?

Repositorium sadly hasn't been active on NationStates. We all decided to keep our main accounts distant from our TNA accounts, though, just to avoid any possibility for nationstates politicking. I could see if I could get Repositorium on for an update, but unless there are any glaring errors, I think they're pretty much done with the translator dispatch.

Why thank you! I'm sure Machinatia will be happy to read that :) One issue about our region is there isn't a lot for us to offer. That's largely by design, since the concept of the region is for players to leave it. Plus we're just busy a lot of the time, both elsewhere on nationstates and in real life, so we haven't been able to put in much effort even if we wanted to. But you're still more than welcome to stay with a nation if you want to hang out here! It's nice to know people at least like the concept of the region, and it's nice to not be the only one making posts on the message board haha.

Sorry about the delay. Luny and I got a cold.

Seeing several nations cease to exist got me to thinking about how many nations we actually have in TNA. We actually reached 200 - exactly - about a week ago. We likely had more, but I think the regional history graph only updates after nations cease to exist during update.

It's crazy that we once had 519, likely more before the update. I guess we really were one of the earlier frontiers, as now more nations are assembled in a larger number of often more populated and busier regions. I also would not be surprised if someone created thousands of puppets just to see how it worked at the time.

Hopefully Luny will be able to create a poll today.
