All members of the League of San José Treaty Organization, more commonly known as the League of San José are signatories of the Treaty of Democracy, Socialism, and Mutual Aid, a collective defense treaty and military, economic, and political alliance that came about as a result of the Shanghai Summit, the Sydney Manifesto, and finally culminating in the Foro Mundial de Trabajadores y Campesinas in San José.
